Alison's place was perfect for our family visit. The surroundings were calm, quite and so peaceful. It was very easy to find the place and easy to check in. The house was spacious, comfortable and had all the modern amenities that you could ask for in a house in 2025. The rooms and kitchen were clean. Kitchen had all the essential stuff like hot water kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, cooking hob, dishwasher and fridge. Also there was a nice little surprise left for us in the kitchen which was such a nice gesture. It was easy to communicate with Alison and she was always quick in replying. I would definitely visit again and highly recommend this place. Everyone in the family had a wonderful time here.

Beautiful location. House is very clean, tidy and well equipped. Spacious, well maintained garden. Lovely quiet roads around for scenic walks. Hosts were very helpful with all queries. Thanks so much for a lovely trip.

A very helpful and attentive host Exactly like the photos Peaceful stay with lovely nature walk on the land around the treehouse Freshly baked bread by Aga and the eggs from her farm were all delicious Could not recommend more!!

The Parlour is an excellent place to stay : - rest - discover and enjoy Cork, Kerry, Tipperry counties so close - nature and peacefull, close to animals (cattle, sheep, fields, forest, heritage park and monument) The house is confortable, everything we need is there. Martina is very kind and attentive host, always smiling and good advice for the county. It's a placé we won't leave.
