In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed 160 cm. There is an option to burn in the small fireplace. Bedlinen and towels are included and you make your bed yourself. Washing machine, iron and ironing board available. Self check-in via key box with code at entrance door. The landlords live in the house next door. The person who books is staying overnight.

Fully-equipped kitchen, toilet, shower, and laundry room. Two bedrooms with two beds each (double bed or two single). Possibility of another bed in a tent bed or thick mattress (Note: let us know when booking if there is a need). Sauna cottage with shower is available to use. Private jetty with swimming facilities, large south-facing terrace, large grass areas, wifi via fiber cable, TV with Apple TV.

The house is about 5 km from E4 and 8 kilometers from Söderhamn. It has fully equipped kitchen, also microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, a double bedroom and a living room with sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available but sheets and towels are taken by the guest or can be rented for 150 SEK/set. TV and Wi-Fi are available. On the property, there is a gym with a ping pong table and a wood-burning sauna. In summertime there is also heated swimming pool. An additional accommodation in large apartment can also be rented.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Newly renovated house in rural location

Welcome to the newly renovated house on our property. The house is renovated in a modern country style. The lower floor level is finished and includes entrance room, hallway, kitchen living room, bedroom and bathroom. On our farm, you live in a scenic location with close distance to many of Hälsingland's sights and attractions. About 400 meters from the farm, Galvån flows with good opportunities for fishing and swimming. There is also a wood-fired sauna that can be used by agreement.

Quality living in a quiet place with lot's of opportunities in the winter like slalom, cross-countryskiing, skating or take a sauna bath. In the summer you can use the rowing boat for fishing, take a swim from the private pontoon in to the lake or relaxing on the veranda or the greenhouse. Perfect place for family and friends. A big modern kitchen and a living room with a lot's of space. The house is close to Järvsö, the Bike Park and Järvzoo.
