This house was worth every penny, from the surroundings to the house itself, it met every expectation and more. The host is also extremely friendly so we were all happy about the experience. Highly recommended.

Every now and then you come across special places in the world, places you feel truly priveleged to be able to visit. This is one of them. It's a wonderful place to stay, it's a whole experience being there, both wild and rustic but also comfortable and set up just right. The cottage is perfect. A great space for two to share, cosy and decorated with a minimal but excellent taste, the kitchen has everything you need, be it for storing some snacks or more concerted cooking. (of, for example, delicious things you find at the nearby Sedgefield market). The area is wonderful to explore, jump in a kayak and go! And, sure, you can hear the traffic across the way, but at least in mu opinion, it just doesn't matter. Stay for as many nights as you can, you're going to want to. Watching the tide come in….watching it go out….so relaxing. Super weekend with baby, kids, grandparents and dog. Playing in the lagoon all day and enjoying the quiet splashes of the fish in the evenings. Thanks again Charles and Ryk

Had a great stay here, though it is just for a day. Beautiful location, great view of sea from Balcony. Huge Thanks to Maiette & Nadine - proactive with communication & with clear instructions. Able to locate the home easily and check-in was smooth, though it was bit late at night. Would love to come back here for a longer stay.

We had a wonderful view, the apartment was spacious and had everything we needed to feel at home. I really appreciate it when you find some much needed supplies in kitchen and bathrooms that you don't expect and storage space and neatly packed cubhoards.

We very much enjoyed four nights in this flat. It is in a very safe area and very straight forward to access and live in. The highlights are a beautiful view to the golf course, a very nice pool (also with a stunning view) and everything you need for a short stay.

As a Garden Route local, I can confidently say this home is in one of the absolute best locations in the entire region. The setting is peaceful, scenic, and perfectly placed to enjoy all that the Garden Route has to offer. The house itself is truly beautiful—thoughtfully designed, exceptionally maintained, and filled with character. It’s rare to find a place that combines such a stunning location with such tasteful living spaces. Highly recommended.

This is a wonderful house in an excellent location with views that can’t be beaten. Clean, quiet, comfortable and safe. Veronica, the housekeeper is a gem. Our group of seven was very comfortable. Can’t wait to return to Plett and we would definitely stay at 13 Jack Case again.

Beautiful location/ lovely space. And pretty well equipped with everything you could need. Bob and Janet very warm and generous, thoughtful and kind - there is no indoor communal space but Bob and Janet were very generous with their shared space. Outdoor fire pit is wonderful. Lovely stay. A three weeks stay at Aquila View was most enjoyable because of the combination of a 6 star location and a 4 star apartment with an all star cohost Sylvia! Stunning helicopter views on Bikini Beach in front of the living room and the fishermen’s rocks in front of the bedroom with a terras of +200 meters all around the three sides of the apartment! The Apartment is spacious, cosy and fully equipped, although somewhat outdated except for the modern bathroom. So, do not expect modern design furniture but 80th style homecoming with even a library! In spite of the mild climate this penthouse on top of the property catches a lot of heat on sunny days! Airconditioning, at least in the bedroom, would be very welcome. Sylvia, who lives downstairs has been most accommodating to our questions and wishes, always coming up with solutions. She even organised light-tight, dubble curtains in the bedroom after our query a year ago when booking. Also less surf noise! Take it or, don’t leave it!

We had a great stay at Plettenberg Bay, the cottage is lovely with everything you’d need, the sunrise is beautiful from the terrace. Carin is a wonderful host, she really looked after us and made us feel at home, with lots of local recommendations and helping us sort a taxi last minute. The house is in a great spot, with beaches within walking distance and plenty of restaurants, but it’s still quiet and safe. I would definitely recommend! Thank you Carin and Phil. 😊

Spacious, well equipped, great linen, beautifully located with outstanding views and easy beach access. Little piece of paradise - we will certainly book again =)
