Villa Solbacka is a charming artist's home, built in 1913 and located in Billnäs, just 10 km from Fiskars village. The beautiful windows and other architectural details give the house an unique atmosphere. The house is decorated with solid old wooden furniture, many of them handmade. There are two fireplaces in the house. Outside the master bedroom there is a sunny balcony. The building is surrounded by majestetic pine-trees and maples. In the outbuiling there is a sauna and a small terrace.

Household staples (linens, towels etc.), Wi-Fi, as well as kitchen essentials are at your disposal. Built in 1907, the house was used as a guardhouse by the Lotta Svärd movement. The entire property rests on the skirts of a stunning rocky hill, on top of which are gorgeous views of the bay and a well-preserved burial ground dating back to the Bronze Age (1500-500 B.C.).

Äskettäin remontoitu. Kesäisin viihtyvyyttä lisää aurinkoinen piha, jossa pöytäryhmä. Ilmalämpöpumppu pitää tilan lämpimänä talvella ja viileänä kesällä. Wifi on käytössäsi. Asunnossa on osin matala huonekorkeus. Sisällä on jyrkät portaat, joten se ei sovellu pienille lapsille tai liikuntarajoitteisille.

Charming one-bedroom apartment in a wooden house

A cozy and warm-hearted one-bedroom apartment in a 1950s wooden house, near Fiskars and Billnäs's historic ironworks. Our vacation home is located near good outdoor terrain and biking trails, for example, the nice Ratavalli hiking trail runs close to the apartment. The ski resort of Påmine is also nearby, as well as two golf courses with restaurants: Nordcenter and Ruukkigolf. Lovely nostalgic decor, beautiful nature, and old fine ironing areas create a calm and unhurried atmosphere.

Villa Borgmästars is a home for 4 families, completed in 1926. The house has been restored for several years and the work is still going on. The livestock travel center is only 300 meters away, and there is free parking space in the yard and along the street. However, the location is peaceful, and for example, the sounds of the train don't reach the house. You'll have access to a downstairs apartment: 3 rooms and a kitchen, and a sauna. Landlord to live in upstairs apartment.

Our stay was an amazing getaway! The cabin was so peaceful, surrounded by trees and birds. We managed to cook all our meals in the cabin, and Rasmus was responsive and helpful. Although there is no running water, there was enough water available for our needs. We even borrowed bikes to cycle to a nearby hiking nature area, which was the cherry on top. A great stay near the city!

Wonderful animals in beautiful and peaceful rural landscapes. Hosts are nice and hospitable. The cottage and sauna are clean and functional, and the yard area with barbecues and terraces is really cozy. The beach is within walking distance.
