Monthly Rentals in Jennings Township

Absolutely love the house. I loved the view from the top decks. The waterfalls is very nearby and beautiful. I love the fact that we was able to book this place and keep our dog with us. Thats what sold us on staying here and the fishing for the kids. Very big bass in the pond. Good pass time with the family. Unfortunately the general store wasn't open. The lady was sick that runs it. Very nice community. Jeff did great with communication. Especially when i stupidly locked myself out of the house. I did accidentally check in early after 24 hours of no sleep to get from NC to IN. He was very nice about it, and it was no problem. I knew the water did not smell good from previous reviews. So no complaints there. I was just greatful to get this place last minute so we could be close to the club to compete in the UKC TOC. Very blessed to stay here.

This was definitely a cozy corner! Very clean and comfortable. Felt homey. Plenty of space. Kitchen well supplied. Bed was comfortable. We were in town for DePauw graduation- was about a 15 minute drive to campus.

The Carriage House was the most delightful place to stay! Vicki thought of everything…from snacks, to a variety of coffees, to checking in to see if anything was needed. I’ve stayed at over 50 places and this is in my top 5!!!

During my visit went to local event and and afterwards found that there was a crash up Derby going on and I believe the whole town of Spencer was there and everyone is very respectful and very nice am looking to my next stay . Quinn’s home was even better than we expected, we met her and her 2 Great Danes at the end of our stay which made it even better. Amazing home n animals. Can’t thank them enough for hosting such a beautiful n memorable time.
