Wonderful cottage in fantastic nature by the lake Halen

Unwind in this one-of-a-kind and quiet space. With nature as a neighbor and the lake outside the door, it's just to relax. Enjoy fishing, hiking, paddling, swimming and everything else nature has to offer. The cottage is all by itself on a cape. There is one bedroom and one sofa bed . Electricity is available and all amenities like fully equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer , stove and contemporary decor . No running water without water on a can. Drainage is in the kitchen. There is an incineration toilet but no shower.

In this 25m2 home, there is most of it. A fully equipped kitchen, barbecue and also a cozy private patio. Start the day by following the bike path down to Möstadparken for a morning swim in wonderful Ivösjön. Here you will also find a play area for the children. For those who want to swim from the jetty, a visit to Korsholmens swimming area is an alternative. (700m) There you will also find a restaurant. If you want to experience Bromölla's nice nature from the water, we offer kayak rentals (2) at extra cost.

Relax with the whole family, friends or alone in this peaceful year-round accommodation. 1910s house of 130 sqm with kitchen, two toilets, several bedrooms, living room and dining room. Cozy gazebo as well as two patios overlooking meadows, fields and cow pastures. Lush garden with roses, raspberries and spices. Parking for 2-4 cars. There is a farm shop 100 m away from the house. Ta en paus och varva ner i denna fridfulla oas med vacker utsikt mot havet. Hörvik är en underbar liten fiskeby med många vackra hus och promenadstråk. En idyllisk plats året om! Huset ligger intill ett naturreservat och bara 50 meter till egen brygga. Hörvik har egna fiskrestauranger, glasskiosk, badstränder och gym med havsutsikt. 10 min bort med bil ligger en stormarknad med mataffär, restaurang, apotek och flera butiker. Sölvesborg ligger 20 minuters bilfärd bort, en vacker pittoresk stad.
