Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Ivö Lake

It was a wonderful stay. The house had everything you needed and on the terrace, overlooking the forest, it was so cozy and relaxing. We enjoyed the proximity to the sea and the walks very much. Åhus is very nice. Would love to come again.

The house is very close to the lake, and very much surrounded by nature. You can comfortably walk from the Sauna to the lake, as the proberty is directly adjacent. Ylva, Anders and their son are very welcoming and friendly, always ready to help or advice, but they will leave you plenty of space as well. There is a firepit and benches right next to the lake on the facility, which makes for a great way to spend the evining. I can only recomend this place and the hosts as well.

This was heavenly, literally with your feet in the water. What a view. Emma was very helpful and your peace and privacy is assured. Simrishamn, Knäbäckhussenstrand, ... all nearby. We can only be grateful that we were able to stay here and hopeful that we can come back again. Absolutely recommended!

Very beautiful and harmonious accommodation with a nice courtyard. Located close to the owner's house, but still felt private. Can highly recommend!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our two children in Carina's house. It is lovingly decorated, immediately to feel good. There is a lot to do in the area. Various flyers are available in the accommodation and even a welcome folder with all the important information was thought of. We also got along very well with the direct neighbors. We would love to spend our vacation here again 😊

We had a very nice stay in Johan's charming Skånelänga. Nice decor with modern amenities. Private location with beautiful green surroundings. Johan was helpful and easy to get in touch with! Highly recommended for those who want to relax in a nice and peaceful accommodation!

Can only give praise for the accommodation Vita Huset, an old beautiful house that has been renovated with care to offer all modernities. Lush garden that offers greenery, private setting and with only about ten meters to the sea. An idyll for those who want peace and harmony as well as a nice welcome upon arrival.

Jacques and Dini welcomed us with open arms and heart. Lots of personal interest and time put into our encounter. The house and the location are really fantastic. silence, greenery, views, art, creativity, inspiration, connection and real conversations. The very extensive breakfast along with its own fresh strawberries was the cherry on the cake! We would like to come back❤️ A Dutch coming home to a whole new country to discover🙏

Very nice, bright and friendly apartment. The landlady is very nice and speaks good German or English. The island is very quiet, you can relax perfectly. The region is beautiful and there is a lot to discover. We enjoyed it very much.

We enjoyed a lot our stay at Mat’s loft. It was easy to find the location and get in. We got very good instructions before check in. The beautiful unique building that was before an old bank. Loft as described, huge and was very clean and cozy. Had everything that we needed for our stay. Very nice fenced garden. Parking is just outside the building and free. Mats was very helpful and quick on responding. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Österlen.

We stayed at Bart's place for an overnight stay. He stoked the fireplace for us and set up a Christmas tree. We would have liked a little more information in advance (for example that the toilet is a compost toilet), but it was no problem. Thanks for the short relaxing stay. :)

Camilla and Jonas were great hosts, were always immediately available and very friendly. Their place is very special - so perfect and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need. The garden in the back and in the front is also really beautiful and very cozy. We explored the area with the bikes - there are so many beautiful and quite secluded beaches, whether Hävang, Vitamölla or even in Kivik. There's a lot to discover in the woods, too. It was just a wonderful vacation, we were very happy here and would be happy to come back.

A beautiful house almost right on the lake! We liked the beach very much, it is beautifully sandy and relatively long flat, which is especially great for children. The water of the lake is very clear, it is, like most lakes Smålands, a little brownish by the ingredients, but of a very good quality. The lake is huge and there are many peninsulas and nature reserves for hiking all around. The house also includes a high-quality rowing boat, we had an electric motor with us and so the range for fishing was ok. There is especially perch, pikeperch and pike in the lake. Life vests can also be found in the house. The equipment of the house was very good, there is a spacious kitchenette with everything you could ever need. The furniture is of good quality and with history, the beds were very cozy and sheets, mattresses and pillows super clean. We felt very comfortable and would go there again and again You can hear the country road but that did not bother us.

The red house in the forest by the lake: that's how we imagined a Swedish vacation and were not disappointed. If you are looking for a Bullerbü idyll, this is the place to be. It was such a beautiful summer vacation that we all would have preferred not to leave. Especially great: the well-signposted hiking trails directly behind the house and the Övden badsplats. Just beautiful! Thanks!

Super nice place that fit perfectly for 20 people who are going to play the traitors one night! Very helpful and accommodating host. Highly recommend.

Jacob`s house is really nice, enough space, lovely garden and terrace, well equipped kitchen, sauna for relaxing, close to everything you need, close to the bus station, space for two cars. I felt very comfortable in the house and the communication with Jacob was always great, very friendly. I can recommend to everyone who wants to stay in Ahus at a quiet place close to the beach.

We had a wonderful time at the house of Edvin and Emma. The cottage is very charming and beautifully furnished. The location of the house is fantastic, you have so much nature around you and can go for a very nice walk from the house. There is also a small supermarket nearby. We had a toddler with us and were very happy that there are many toys for children in the house. The kitchen is also very well equipped. The communication with Edvin worked absolutely smoothly, he always answered directly and we felt very well looked after. We would definitely come back ❤️

Good communication and a great place!

Great house in a wonderful part of the country. We enjoyed a relaxed time in the beautiful nature right on the lake. There are great walks in the area. The kitchen was incredible and the open space design was fantastic for a weekend get away. The kids loved the trampoline. We were provided an incredibly detailed list of fun activities in the area. There was something on the list for everyone. Highly recommended.
