This year marks the 17th year of the rental villa, Palm Island. Limited to one group per day, the shallow, wide sandy beach of Izu-Uzami Coast is right in front of you. You can also have a BBQ, or fireworks on the coast. The BBQ is currently limited, and you can use the restaurant for guests with meal reservations (limited to BBQ space & hall) 12-minute walk from the station, within walking distance to a supermarket, convenience store, drug store and in a good location. It is a beach house along the Sotoura coast that can be accessed by bus from Izukyu Shimoda Station.50 meters from Sotoura Coast.The beach is accessible barefoot and the outside shower is comfortable. This cottage has 6 tatami mats in the bedroom, a living room (4.5 tatami mats + 8 tatami flooring, including a kitchen), a bathroom with a bathtub, and a 100-inch large-screen projector. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove (2 ports), a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, cooking utensils and dishes, and there is a stopover hot spring (adult 700 yen ~), a hinoyasan, a direct sales shop for vegetables picked in the morning, a delicious bakery and a set meal shop within walking distance. From waking up in the morning to sleeping at night, this is the perfect location to feel the sea and spend some time with your family and friends. In front of the Iridahama Beach. It is a charge for 2 people per room. 1 mins to get into the sea by wearing a swimsuit.From the veranda, you have 180 degrees over the ocean.Cottage with upstairs room loft. There is only one group of accommodations per day, so you can stay without worrying about COVID-19. 12 tatami mats Western-style living room and loft (bedroom) toilet (with washlet) separate bathroom Parking for 1 guest is free. On the day of check-in, you can park free of charge even before check-in (before 15:00), but it will be charged after check-out. I don't think it's suitable for work because the wifi situation is not very good. Security cameras are installed in the on-site parking lot and the guest house entrance (by the stairs). Entry to the second floor of the room is prohibited on the premises other than guests. (Only guests submitted at the time of booking and check-in are available for entry and use of facilities) No change in the number of guests after booking.

From the terrace, go up one more level to the sky deck, where you can look out and see only nature. A breathtaking view spreads out. When you enter the front door of the cottage, the green of the trees and the sparkling light of the sea will catch your eye. Only 150 meters away from the beautiful white sandy Irita beach like a private beach. The bedrooms are Western style (3 beds) and Japanese style (8 tatami mats with 3 or 4 futons). here's also a hot shower, so you'll feel refreshed as soon as you get back from the beach (*^-^*).
