It is a private private whole house with a view of the sea of Izu from the living room and terrace, 4 rooms.You can also see the Izu Islands and the sea from the bath. You can see Izu Islands when the weather is good when the weather is good. BBQ can be enjoyed on the private terrace. We have an outdoor terrace and a BBQ stove for rent. You can also have a BBQ with a yakiniku roaster in the room regardless of the weather. Please prepare an outdoor BBQ stove fee of 3000 yen, cassette gas (CB can). There is a roaster fee of 3,000 yen (including gas usage). (If you want to use it, you need to declare and pay in advance) You can enjoy movies in the theater room with a 120-inch projector. Parking is available for 8 cars. It can also be used for events.(It is forbidden to make noise in the neighborhood.) There is a limit to the use of the room, and one room is available for two guests.Additional rooms are available for 4,000 yen per room. Early check-in and late check-out are not available for cleaning.However, we will accept 1,000 yen per person per hour at the time of the day before the accommodation day, as long as the day before and the day after are free.

Ocean front cottage 10 seconds to the sea, fully rented beach house!

It is a beach house along the Sotoura coast that can be accessed by bus from Izukyu Shimoda Station.50 meters from Sotoura Coast.The beach is accessible barefoot and the outside shower is comfortable. This cottage has 6 tatami mats in the bedroom, a living room (4.5 tatami mats + 8 tatami flooring, including a kitchen), a bathroom with a bathtub, and a 100-inch large-screen projector. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove (2 ports), a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, cooking utensils and dishes, and there is a stopover hot spring (adult 700 yen ~), a hinoyasan, a direct sales shop for vegetables picked in the morning, a delicious bakery and a set meal shop within walking distance. From waking up in the morning to sleeping at night, this is the perfect location to feel the sea and spend some time with your family and friends. In front of the Iridahama Beach. It is a charge for 2 people per room. 1 mins to get into the sea by wearing a swimsuit.From the veranda, you have 180 degrees over the ocean.Cottage with upstairs room loft. There is only one group of accommodations per day, so you can stay without worrying about COVID-19. 12 tatami mats Western-style living room and loft (bedroom) toilet (with washlet) separate bathroom Parking for 1 guest is free. On the day of check-in, you can park free of charge even before check-in (before 15:00), but it will be charged after check-out. I don't think it's suitable for work because the wifi situation is not very good. Security cameras are installed in the on-site parking lot and the guest house entrance (by the stairs). Entry to the second floor of the room is prohibited on the premises other than guests. (Only guests submitted at the time of booking and check-in are available for entry and use of facilities) No change in the number of guests after booking.

It is a small wooden house in a quiet location surrounded by forest, with a magnificent sea spreading in front of you and a sense of openness. One pair per day only.

Situated on a hill opposite the beautiful sunset Yuhigaoka resting place, you can spend your holiday in a very quiet cottage between the sea and the forest, with a vast sea spreading in front of you and an unspoiled forest spreading behind you. There is a microwave and refrigerator, but there is no stove, etc. so cooking is not possible in the room. The deck is spacious and open, and a BBQ stove is available for a fee.(Reservation required, fee 4000 yen not allowed) The ingredients are not included in the price, so please prepare them by yourself. Please note that it is not possible to cook at all except for the BBQ stove rented. There are no supermarkets or convenience stores within a 15 km radius.
