This is the 17th year of renting a villa on Palm Island. One set per day is limited to one, and the far shallow sand beach is in front of Izu and Uzami Coast.BBQ on the terrace overlooking the sea, and fireworks on the beach. It is a 12-minute walk from the station and within walking distance of supermarkets, convenience stores, and drug stores.MEGA donki is a few minutes by car.You can park up to 5 regular cars in front of the building and one large bus. In addition to a large group of 30 tatami mats, you can also provide a Japanese-style room, so you can have a private space (the number of rooms and baths are prepared according to the number of guests.Detailed note).Perfect for families, friends, and pets (3,300 yen per pet per night), birthday parties, clubs, seminar camps, etc. It is less than 2 hours from the metropolitan area, making it easy to access from Kansai.It is also recommended as a base for diving, surfing, golfing, fishing and other activities. * The basic rate is for 6 adults (2 children are converted into one adult).If there are more than 6 adults, 3500 yen per child per night, free of charge for children under 2 years of age.After booking, we will adjust. Ocean front cottage 10 seconds to the sea, fully rented beach house!

It is a beach house along the Sotoura coast that can be accessed by bus from Izukyu Shimoda Station.50 meters from Sotoura Coast.The beach is accessible barefoot and the outside shower is comfortable. This cottage has 6 tatami mats in the bedroom, a living room (4.5 tatami mats + 8 tatami flooring, including a kitchen), a bathroom with a bathtub, and a 100-inch large-screen projector. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove (2 ports), a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, cooking utensils and dishes, and there is a stopover hot spring (adult 700 yen ~), a hinoyasan, a direct sales shop for vegetables picked in the morning, a delicious bakery and a set meal shop within walking distance. From waking up in the morning to sleeping at night, this is the perfect location to feel the sea and spend some time with your family and friends. This cottage was renovated by the owner of a 54-year-old private house and opened in August 2020 as Sotora Beach House "Nami no Oto". # naminote2020

In front of the Iridahama Beach. It is a charge for 2 people per room. 1 mins to get into the sea by wearing a swimsuit.From the veranda, you have 180 degrees over the ocean.Cottage with upstairs room loft. There is only one group of accommodations per day, so you can stay without worrying about COVID-19. 12 tatami mats Western-style living room and loft (bedroom) toilet (with washlet) separate bathroom Parking for 1 guest is free. On the day of check-in, you can park free of charge even before check-in (before 15:00), but it will be charged after check-out. I don't think it's suitable for work because the wifi situation is not very good. Security cameras are installed in the on-site parking lot and the guest house entrance (by the stairs). Entry to the second floor of the room is prohibited on the premises other than guests. (Only guests submitted at the time of booking and check-in are available for entry and use of facilities) No change in the number of guests after booking.
