Cottage vacation rentals in Ithaca

My family and I stayed here while in town for a racing event. My family had a wonderful place to stay and unwind while I was at the track for three days. Everything was wonderful! My wife and kids ended up out on the lake in a canoe that was available to use. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to be able to cook dinner every night. At the end of a long day at the track, my wife and I were able to enjoy the hot tub. Everything was clean and neat. There was one issue I messaged Susan about during the stay, nothing that was huge, but I let her know there was a bee's nest in the shed where the canoe and kayaks were stored. Susan responded immediately and came out to take care of it. This place is clean, really nice, secluded, and peaceful. We had a wonderful long weekend to rest and unwind.

Host Robert, was very responsive with any issues we had. We were in town for my sisters’ funeral, and it was extremely difficult for me. Unbeknownst to me my 3 brothers and nieces and nephews thought that they would bring food over to us because I was in a not in a good state of mind. They felt I needed people around me and needed to eat. The host Rob, was concerned with the amount of people that were there and clearly stated in the rules of limit of people and reached out to me and very kindly reminded us of the rules. I instructed my family to please go back to their Airbnb’s. I am very apolojetic for putting our host in that position. I would highly recommend this Airbnb. Very beautiful. We lost power at our first air bnb and needed a place to move to fairly quick. I found Brendin’s place and messaged him. He responded immediately and said we could check in as soon as needed. The place was beautiful! We didn’t get to use the outside since we were there only a couple of days and had a family Wedding one of those days. Thank you Brandin and Haley!

Loved this house! We had 8 girls. The beds were comfy, the house was stocked very well. I came over prepared with seasonings, garbage bags, and a lot of the basics.. and Paul had it all! Had plenty of towels & beach towels…The only thing we couldn’t find was a cutting board… quick Meijer trip! We LOVED THE HOUSE! interior was beautiful, a little dusty and bathroom downstairs needed a little cleaning but it was a 20 minute clean. I’m also very neat freak in that way and just did a cleaning when we got there. The property was beautiful, well stocked with firewood, was able to park 4 cars nicely. The sand down by the water was super soft. The upper deck (needed to wear shoes d/t a girl getting a splinter) the lower deck was Trex Deck & very nice. Hot tub was awesome. Overall, a wonderful experience & we all want to make it a yearly tradition coming back. Neighbors were nice and we were greeted by the friendly dog of a nearby neighbor. We used the home for an annual ladies only get away, it was relaxing, beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed including a beautiful hot tub, our host was very responsive to messages, I would recommend it to anyone and will consider it again for a relaxing getaway.

This was the perfect setup for a little weekend getaway with a 6-year-old and our pup. The place was cute, the firepit was enjoyable, the area was beautiful, we felt we had enough privacy and everything we needed was included. We also used the guest passes to the community facilities to swim and enjoy the hot tub - excellent facilities there as well. We loved our weekend!

Michaels place was nothing but awesome and it's so beautiful the view is amazing the hot tub was wonderful the place was very clean and as soon as you get in you'll fell right at home Michael and Cory were awesome as well

My family and I loved everything about this sweet cottage! We're a family that usually spends a majority of time *not* at the Airbnb or hotel we book and instead usually go out to explore what the town/area has to offer. This was not the case at Bree's place! We never wanted to leave. My kids were so content to play in the large sandbox and on the beach. Fishing off the pier was endlessly entertaining. The hot tub was a dream come true. The paddle board and kayaks were great for peaceful paddles on the lake. And when it too hot outside there were so many board games and little toys to keep the kids busy. Bree was an extremely kind and helpful host! I cannot recommend staying here enough!

First I'd like to say the photos don't fully capture the little details that make the house feel like a home. I was there with my family for 6 nights, and most of the time was spent outside on the paddle boards, or kayaks, or fishing - but we did have a rainy day where we played ping pong, fuse ball, and karaoke. A rainy day at the lake is always better than a sunny day at home. The sitting area outside near the firepit (right beside the water) was also great - we spent almost every evening there by the fire. Overall, the entire experience was fantastic. Jennifer is also a great host. She made sure we had all the information we needed upon arrival and check out, and was very quick to respond if the occasional question came up. We will be staying there again, and I definitely recommend this home for those looking for a nice vacation home.

The house is so nice and the location of the house and the view of the lake from the back deck is beautiful ! Will definitely be going back.

Cozy space with a beautiful view of the river! Everything was spotless and clean, making me feel right at home. Would highly recommend if you're needing a place in Milford!

Great place to stay, this was our second time staying here and will def book again!

We had wonderful stay in Crystal. The weather was cool so we didn't get outside much for a couple days, but we got a lot of much needed R&R during that time. When it warmed up, we got some walks in, a session of Frisbee, some fishing, and a couple of fires (complete with s'mores!) in the evenings. The town is charming and friendly, and the local grocery is well stocked. The Crystal Lake Cafe has the BEST grilled cinnamon rolls.... and great breakfasts. The cottage was charming, cozy, and comfortable. It was an excellent get away for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was easy to reach and provided great communication. The house was clean and even provided games, fire wood, along with everything else we needed. We enjoyed the beautiful walking neighborhood and nearby park. I would highly recommend this stay!

This place was amazing! Perfect for a family of 10 plus two pups. This house had everything you needed and more! It had all the water toys, games for family night, fishing poles and chairs to surround the fire at night with everyone. The dock was perfect to stand for hours to fish and catch any quantity and quality of fish. My family and I were amazed with our stay in an air bnb. I highly recommend this place to stay in, and we’re already planning our next trip here. Evelyn was very helpful, tentative and warned us of storms heading our way. We really appreciate everything.

This was the perfect place for a quiet getaway, and the views on the lake are beautiful. We fished off the dock and took the paddle boat out, and the house is set back away from traffic. There are houses on both sides of the property but we didn’t see neighbors during our stay. We spent most of our time outside but did cook most meals at home on the grill and inside in the well-stocked kitchen. There were lots of extra linens available and there wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t available. John was a great host and we will definitely return for another stay.

We booked this cabin for a nice little relaxing girls getaway and it was just that! Located in a very quiet neighborhood. The cabin itself was very nice and clean. Only snafu was the neighborhood was without power for several hours one evening (obviously not fault of the host). I would recommend this cabin to others and would definitely return. My husband, our two dogs, and I loved staying at Brandie’s place! It was the perfect home base while visiting family in Michigan. The combination of being right on the lake and having a fenced-in yard for the dogs is such a rare find—it couldn’t have been more ideal. We also really appreciated the two desks, since we both had to “work from home” for a few days—having dedicated space made all the difference!

Communication was seamless from start to finish, and Jacob went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was conveniently located for our job site and when we had to extend he did everything to accommodated to our needs! Our guys would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for the great hospitality!

We had a wonderful time! The hill down to the water is pretty steep, but the kids loved it. Unfortunately, the water was high and moving pretty fast, so we were unable to bring the kids out. Overall, we had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay at the Lily Pad Cottage. The surroundings were peacefull and serene. We enjoyed the beauty of nature everyday. We saw Orioles & hummingbirds, bunnies, a mama deer with her fawn, a snake, frogs, a loon on the lake. We fished, we kayaked. We enjoyed the beauty of Bass Lake. The cottage was very cozy. We especially enjoyed the sun porch and its beautiful views. Patti has a great response time. We had one small issue and it was fixed within an hour.

I wish I could leave more than 5 Stars, Elyse is a super sweet soul and very responsive, friendly and accommodating. The house was amazing. So peaceful and we enjoyed our stay so much, I didnt want to leave. our 4 year old had the best time of her life. I felt safe with her on the beach. the home is cozy and very well stocked and organized. You can tell that they put a lot of passion into keeping this place up. I have already told all my family and friends this is a MUST STAY!!!
