Vacation rentals in Gratiot County

We had a wonderful stay. We were a party of 3, a 9 year old, her mom, and her grandpa. The house is so cute and we felt right at home. The 9 year old loved the sun room and claimed it as her 'art office.' The beds were all comfy. We loved being able to fix breakfast in the kitchen and do laundry. We will definitely stay here again.

This Airbnb was perfect for what we needed. The location is beautiful (right on their working farm, we got to see many cute baby lambs). John and Christi are so sweet! John had some extra strawberries he shared with us and they were the best strawberries we had in a while. This place is very friendly and nice!

As lovely as this house looks in the photos, it is even better in real life. It is so quirky and cute and spotlessly clean. The property itself with the backyard, the seating area down by the river, the little beach, it is beautiful. The house is very clean but you don't feel like you can't relax in there, it has a comfortable vibe. I would 100% recommend this house and hope we can return next year.

This was our second stay, and it was just as nice as our first. While we live a rural village an hour away, we enjoy being out in a more remote area, away from all the traffic and a greater distance from neighbors. We opted to bring a tabletop charcoal grill to cook a tasty dinner both nights on the tailgate of our truck. I can almost never nap at home, but we both enjoyed a long 3 hour nap on Saturday afternoon! We also enjoyed having a campfire both evenings. What a great way to rejuvenate before the work week ahead. Thank you for sharing your clean, comfortable and cozy place with us. I found myself dreaming about buying some property to build a similar retreat in the near future.

Brandi made my stay in St. Louis/Alma so easy. I was totally comfortable and at home in her place. It had everything I needed and was easy to get to and overall a perfect stay!

First of all, WOW! This was such an incredible location with the most attentive and kind hosts. My partner and I stayed the weekend at The Hive and felt right at home before we even arrived. This space had everything we needed, was not cramped or cluttered, and was very clean! The location is great: Mt Pleasant, Alma, St Louis, and more less than 10 minutes away. The Hive is just outside of the town enough to feel private and homey, but you are still so close to so many great restaurants, activities, and shops. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. We had a bonfire one of the nights and the hosts were extremely friendly, accommodating, and kind in helping us. We had everything we needed and so much more. There is no doubt in our minds that we will book future stays at The Hive. 1000/10 recommend; LOVE IT. <3

Stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed the quietness! The home was intentionally decorated and stocked and was in very clean pristine condition. Michael was very responsive to questions and kind! Would definitely recommend!

The Nest was super comfortable and had everything you could possibly need for a stay. I only wish I could have stayed longer.
