Condo vacation rentals in Iona

The condo was perfect for two. Well equipped with plenty of towels, all kitchen items, beach umbrella, etc. You definitely need a car to get to restaurants and stores. My only complaint would be the elevators. Only one working at all times. There was one evening they weren’t working at all and we had to climb stairs to the penthouse. I had to call the property management to come out and repair. The condo area was quiet and beach was peaceful and not crowded. Very relaxing!

Great place to go with your family! Our 4 and 7 year old had the best time of their lives! I would stay here again!

I stayed for a week and felt right at home, I did at first think it was a 2-bedroom apartment, it was only 1 room, but the living room had a couch/ bed and it worked just as well. the place was great it had the laundry right in front of the apartment and the parking was right Infront as well, they have a pool at a walking distance and a gym which was great. overall, it was a great place to stay.

We had a nice relaxing stay! Watching the beautiful sunsets right from the screened porch was amazing and the proximity to the beach was so convenient! Communication with Ryan and Nicole was great!

Where do I begin? We had an amazing week & Rose’s place & recommendations exceeded all of our expectations. The condo is a hidden gem. We loved its proximity to the beach, restaurants, & nearby beautiful neighborhoods with walking trails. Rose was very responsive & helpful. Will definitely stay here again & highly recommend it! We had a wonderful week in Sanibel and are already looking forward to returning! Chris was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and full of great local recommendations that helped make our trip even better. The condo was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean and stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the extras for beach days: plenty of chairs, sand toys, shovels, and even a beach umbrella. We loved grabbing ice cream at The Shack and had some fantastic meals at The Lighthouse Café and Gramma Dot’s. Jerry’s made grocery shopping a breeze with their easy online ordering and pickup. All in all, it was a fantastic stay. Thank you, Chris, for making our vacation so comfortable and memorable!

I can’t thank Dennis enough for hosting us. I have been vacationing on Sanibel since the mid 70’s. Awesome place, great host and Kandie and I experienced an AMAZING Beach Wedding! Can’t wait to celebrate our first anniversary next year here. Thanks again Dennis!

I had a great visit atJeff’s place. His condo has all the essentials and was in a very good location with easy access to pool, hot tub, tennis courts, etc. I hope to come back again.

We had a wonderful week at Nancy’s place! It was just right for my husband, me, and our small dog. Location is great and it’s an easy walk to the beach! While small, the apartment has all the necessities. We particularly liked that there is a bike rack and the house is beside a bike path.

We had a wonderful stay at Wild Pines! The condo was clean, well-furnished and had everything we needed. Excellent location right next to the pool and tennis courts. We took advantage of the many miles of bike paths and the complimentary beach shuttle almost every day. Also walked to the Lake House restaurant twice for dinner. Cathy provided detailed instructions before our trip and checked in with us while we were there to see if we needed anything. We'd definitely love to come back again.

Charles was a great and courageous host. Very responsive to my text messages and call. He met us at the location and made sure the home was acceptable to our needs before he left us. The house had everything that we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again!!

This is a beautiful condo and the best AB&B my wife have stayed in. Paul is a great host and has the condo spotless and furnished beautifully. Pool and Hot Tub easy access and other tenants very friendly. We will definitely be back.

I loved this place! We are hoping to stay here again in May. It was just like the pictures but even better. The lake was amazing and it was so quiet and peaceful. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

We had a wonderful stay in the adorable and roomy studio we stayed it. Perfect fot two. Fabulous view. Great location if you want to wake up and go to bed and see the ocean. Coffee taste better at the beach. The rinse station super nice. Pool was very nice. I can’t tell you all the restaurants we went to amd had great food at all of them. So many beaches to explore. Thank you to our hostess! Cute decor.

This unit is wonderfully located, with a beautiful view of the shore. We usually prepare our b-fast & lunch in, then dinner out. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was great to have all the extras for the beach, chairs, cooler, toys, and umbrellas. We are grateful for a host with perfect communication skills, Thank you for that.

This place is wonderful and the price is 100% worth! Sally is a rare host in Airbnb because she really care about our experience. Everything was clear thought to make us feeling like we were in home.

The condo unit is great and the area is beautiful. Some nights they had a band outside between the buildings. That could get loud but was over by 9 or 10pm so we didn’t mind at all. It was good, free entertainment. There are 3 restaurants & a bar within short walking distance. Everything else you have to drive to unless you’ve got a boat.

I’m a very introverted person so being able to show up for my first experience renting and having everything that was listed, everything in working order, clean, and what responses I needed quickly was perfect. I could not have been more happy with the experience. We are so close to the beaches, Walmart, Publix, and the Summerlin Cafe (our favorite breakfast spot). For next time - I will definitely be saving this location.

Sylvia’s place was so perfect for us. It was perfectly located and pristine. Sylvia was so quick to answer and beyond helpful for anything and everything we needed before and during our stay. I would recommend her place 10x over!!

Our stay was great. Well located to Sanibel and Fort Myers.. Stores and access to city great. Didn’t have chance to enjoy amenities but they were all there. No fault to anyone…weather was cold. A few kitchen updates would be great…but one has all the necessities. The complex is quiet and safe. Response was fine. Great.. value.

Condo was very nice, clean, and updated. It had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable! We were a little bummed that the balcony didn’t face the water, it faces the parking lot but we still were able to see from the side. The beach was great, private and we saw a lot of manatees and dolphins very close up. The bridge that is being built was interesting to watch and once completed, the views will be even better! Definitely a cute little place to stay! Owners were great and very responsive! Overall, it was a very fun 2 weeks!!

This is a great apartment with large bedrooms and comfy beds, a very very well equipped kitchen and a garage full of surprises including a gas grill and beach stuff. Stacey was great from the beginning and was very helpful and immediate with any question. We’ll decently stay again when in the area. Thanks Stacey!

Everthing worked well. Very nice pool. Comfortable beds. Nice towels. Nice complex. Good communication with host. Would rent the condo again. Overall great stay.
