Vacation rentals with beach access in Iona

We had a wonderful stay for the week at FMB!

My husband, 3 Y.O. & I spent the weekend. This is a comfty, cozy one bedroom bungalow with a nice courtyard with sitting area & a grill. Everything is brand new! Comfortable bed & fluffy white towels. Nice decor. Dollar tree, Walmart, Dunkin’ Donuts, pizza is all nearby. Scot & Paula made some great recommendations & respond very quickly. Parking is right out front/in the back. Jungle bird tiki bar & restaurant is right next door & has a walk up bar and does live music every night at 7pm until closing-10pm. We got some great bbq wings. Yacht club public beach is a 6 minute drive away & has a tiki bar and grill restaurant on the water. We brought 2 beach chairs that were in the unit & caught a beautiful sunset/put our feet in the water. Fort Myers beach was a 40 minute drive on Saturday, parking was $8 for 3 hours. We caught a lovely sunset there also & people watched as it is more touristy. Scot and Paula were excellent host! Nice time!

This place was absolutely amazing! We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t have been happier. Walkable distance to town square and just minutes from the beach. The pool was great to hang out in and had plenty of chairs to lay out in the sun. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Fort Myers Beach.

After a bad Airbnb host at 325 Mango in FMB (Rosanna Reilly, realtor) the host Im reviewing,Valerie (on Estero) got me in when I called her last minute crying over a youth hostel that wasn't advertised as such.. Rosanna allowed a bunch of cussing/drinking..??? boys to rent above me for my 53rd birthday that my girlfriend from NYC and myself from Cleveland, Ohio were flying in to rent.??!! Airbnb and Rosanna would not allow me out of the frightening rental and contract. Valerie called me at 8:15pm and got me in her place 5 minutes later. I was sobbing because it was my birthday and my nephew had died 2 years earlier at 31 on my birthday. My friend and I were memorializing his memory. We don't drink..We just wanted peace and quiet. Valerie's place was stunning! She did lock off 2 of the 3 bedrooms because she knew what we needed and it's her property..understood...RESPECT! 😊 My friend Linh and I love Valerie. If she ever needs a place in Ohio..she is welcome anytime!!! All the Best! -d

This place has become our go to place for a staycation. We keep coming back every year. Love the location, the convenience and Pamela is always so great at accommodating our family. Can’t wait to be back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Scott's beachside Airbnb! The location couldn't have been better - steps away from the sand, which made for easy beach days. The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. Scott was also a fantastic host. He was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and made the whole process smooth and easy. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient beach getaway!

Host was super nice, and he accommodated an early check in for our group! He responded fast and with clear messages. The house itself was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures! Will definitely stay here again!

Kim's home was really sweet. There are two bedrooms - one with a full/queen sized bed and one with a twin - but both were more than enough room for me and my mom. The neighborhood was cute, though be advised there is some confederate flag imagery for anyone that might make uncomfortable. We were barely there so we didn't see the pool, but we can highlight some great food options nearby - namely Chocolatte's and Cape Cod Fish Co!

Our vacation was as wonderful as we had hoped. The house and amenities exceeded our expectations. The home was very clean, safe, and beautifully and tastefully decorated. The patio and pool were exactly as described, and the grill was clean and propane tank was full. The open living area floor plan is marvelous for family time. The kitchen, dining area and lounging spaces together kept us in touch as a family. The kitchen is magnificent! The large TV was super for post season football playoffs. Overall, five stars in all categories.

Great location on the waterways and close enough to local shops and restaurants. The pool area is lovely with comfortable seating and shaded area. Fishing from the dock is a bonus as well as the two cycles. The beaches at Fort Myers are only a short drive away as is Matlacha, another great place to visit. There is a great shopping area at Edison Mall plus Miromar Outlets just a 30 minute drive with fantastic bargains and eateries. We love this area and this villa is a great place to explore it from, you will not be disappointed. Thank you both.

The property was immaculate! It reminded me of an updated version of the TV set of “Golden Girls”. Each room was a different theme that worked so well in the home, in it’s entirety. The sunroom provided a separate space that was perfect for the kids, adjacent to the cute schooner boat bedroom, set for the children. All of the amenities were provided from multiple linens, kitchen tools, cleaning supplies, grill/supplies, and seasonings already in the cabinet. The amount of beach accessories they had to chose from was so comforting because it was one less thing to worry about while on vacation. There was a quaint beach block away. Perfect for small kids, as there were minimal waves. The water was similar to Myrtle Beach. The peach of pristine was Ft Myers beach, 25 mins away & worth the drive. The white sands and aqua blue waters were an absolute pleasure. The hot tub was a nice touch after a long day at the beach. The place was something special. Thank you.

My family had a great time staying here! 20 mins to Sanibel Island. Spacious, clean, and a beautiful pool. This place was perfect and we hope to come back again in the future!

This was a really great location! Everything that Jeff put in the listing was accurate. We had a really great time at his AirBNB. Jeff was very proactive with any instructions/expectations for our stay and was very responsive to all of our questions. We really enjoyed the kayaks and bikes he included with the AirBNB.

This apartment was lovely and spotless. My family and I had a wonderful and relaxing time. The condo is very private and quiet. The beach is very close even though we got rough seas but weather was nice. Highly recommend this place.

It was a great quiet getaway for my friends and I. It is a little bit of a quiet town, but that was perfect for us! If you are looking for a simple, peaceful beach getaway then this is the place for you.

Caihlin was a fantastic host. Very responsive to our questions/concerns. The place was just as beautiful as the pictures showed and we enjoyed everything about it. There were plenty of beach items to use, so we didn't need to purchase anything to enjoy the beach. There were plenty of games to play, books to read and even a drawer full of extra batteries for the TV remote if needed. We even had access to their 2 bikes and took an enjoyable morning bike ride into Fort Myers beach. You will not be disappointed at all with your stay.

Lover’s Key is a lovely low key and private place to stay! This is our 4th anniversary here in Ft Meyers. Our time here never disappoints. John’s place has what you need but we always bring extra TP, dishwasher cubes and laundry cubes. Just makes it easier… Flipper’s restaurant is right outside the door. Good food and good drinks! Key Lime Colada was delish! Lastly, please remember that Ft Meyers is still in a rebuilding phase, it’s taken a couple of years to get the bridge re built. There are plenty of things to do downtown and surrounding areas. We look forward to next year!

It was a beautiful property. The view was so nice right on the beach, there were a lot of accommodations, including beach chairs and an umbrella that we did not have to pay for. I love that we had our own private parking spot right by the door. I will definitely book again. It was so peaceful and perfect. The host was very responsive.

Condo was very nice, clean, and updated. It had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable! We were a little bummed that the balcony didn’t face the water, it faces the parking lot but we still were able to see from the side. The beach was great, private and we saw a lot of manatees and dolphins very close up. The bridge that is being built was interesting to watch and once completed, the views will be even better! Definitely a cute little place to stay! Owners were great and very responsive! Overall, it was a very fun 2 weeks!!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attention to detail and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The space was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we could have hoped for. We especially loved the cozy ambiance and the peaceful surroundings—it truly felt like a home away from home. Such an amazing get a way for the weekend! We were super excited to be so close to the beach and we did forget our beach amenities BUT to our surprise, the host had beach chairs, towels, and umbrella for us in the closet! Which was absolutely amazing! 10/10 would recommend and we WILL be back!
