Although listed as a one bedroom home there are two sleeping areas. One with a queen size bed that is an open space and the other with a daybed with pull out trundle bed. A sunlit breakfast nook awaits in the front of the house which opens to a cozy living room. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV, Blue-Ray/DVD Player and of course you will enjoy WI-FI throughout the house. A washer and dryer are available for use in the fully functional kitchen. There is one spacious full bathroom.

You’ll love my place because of the newly renovated fun road trip theme, the quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of Mt Evans and surrounding mountain areas. We are nestled on two private, forested acres, yet only 3 minutes from I-70 with easy access to Red Rocks Amphitheater and tons of trails. The cabin has a large sun room that doesn't intrude on nature but is built with nature in mind; it places you in the middle of a wooded landscape, surrounding you in a wildlife wonderland! We have elk and deer as frequent visitors.

Hiking, biking, fishing, snowshoeing and so much more are accessible from the front door. The neighborhood is very quiet and offers a very relaxing place to kick back and enjoy the view.
