Monthly Rentals in Horsetooth Mountain

5 minute drive to the reservoir, super clean and cute house, walkable neighborhood (if you like hills!), walk across the street to Horsetooth mountain, which has great, well marked trails. 20 min drive to get "to town" (Fort Collins). Overall great location and very nice house.

We felt far way from Ft. Collins without actually being too far away. The lake/mountain setting was beautiful and worth the drive into town. We would come back.

We had an excellent stay at Monte's home in Fort Collins! The house was in an optimal location with lots of sights and activities nearby. It was fully fenced in both the front & back which was perfect for our 2 pups. The house was clean & had lots of amenities (the game room was a huge plus for our family as well). Monte would proactively check-in with us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in the area!

This is an excellent longer term rental. Has everything you need for an extended stay. The place is nicely furnished and quite roomy. Pleasant, quiet street with lots of parking. It is listed as a basement but, in fact, it is light and airy. Mark is a very helpful host. Highly recommend. Paul Schneider
