Owner lives in the upper level year round and is always handy with recommendations for fun entertainment etc.. Our Cottage is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains, town. 3 miles to Old Town, 1 mile to the foothills. It's quiet, peaceful with a country feel, yet close to many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and sofa sleeper. Full size washer/dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage. There is a wood burning stove and we will provide the wood.

The basement studio was perfect accomodations. Cosy, comfortable bed. Fresh, clean space and the bathroom aesthetic. I met Joe upon check-in he was very friendly and communicative from booking to check-out. Joe offers instructions, snacks, and some personal care items (soap, shampoo) which makes the home very welcoming. Easy and Free street parking. The area is convenient to get around and shopping center with Grocery Store and restaurants close by if you'd like to go for a stroll. I would stay again!

Cindy’s place is my go to when visiting the FoCo area. Love the homey vibe and outstanding location. Everything was as advertised. Cindy popped in on this trip and my husband and I enjoyed chatting with her. She is a wonderful host!

The entryway features a carpeted staircase leading to the second floor, flanked by greenery from potted plants. Natural light filters in, illuminating the cozy dining area equipped for meals. An inviting atmosphere is created by soft furnishings in a nearby living area.

If you're looking for beautiful scenery on a mini Alpaca ranch this is the place. the room was nice, bed great, bathroom very clean and kitchen well utilized. 2 cute cats live here and can be quite talkative.

Kendall and Katy were wonderful hosts during our son's CSU graduation weekend. The check-in instructions were helpful and easy, the space is clean and nice, and their adorable pups were the icing on top. We highly recommend this quiet, peaceful space when visiting Fort Collins!
