180° Sea Views-3 Minute Drive to Town.

VictoriaRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Martin & Helen are fabulous hosts. They responded quickly to any messages sent and have been welcoming and friendly. We stayed at their stunning airbnb for 4 nights and had a fantastic time. The views are absolutely stunning, they include The Great Orme, Little Orme, Sea views and Llandudno town. The outside area was perfect! Not overlooked and very peaceful. Accommodation was spotlessly clean, very comfy bed and the shower was amazing! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. My friend and I are keen walkers and explored The Great Orme on the first day. This is doable from the accommodation if you have relatively good fitness. Town centre is approximately a 40 minute walk away but did see buses on the main road. The Penrhyn Arms is a 15 minute walk away and served wood-fired pizza in a great beer garden. We couldn't pass up the opportunity to do The Little Orme as it's very close by. Overall a fantastic place which we will surely return to. Thank you, Vicky & Alison

Derwen Deg Fawr

We had a lovely stay here, Tania and Jonathan (and Mya the dog!) were lovely and helpful. Home was just as described, if not better! Would definitely recommend as an escape from a busy town! The turn onto the lane was a bit tricky to navigate and the wifi wasn’t great but the rest absolutely made up for it. A gorgeous few days! ☺️

Well appointed accommodation in a quiet rural location. Only 15 mins walk to the Pontcysyllte Acquesuct and 8 mins drive to Llangollen. Russell is a friendly and welcoming host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, making the most of the BBQ and the lovely outdoor seating area. It's a great base for the outdoor activities , whether it be canoeing across the Aqueduct or walking to Castel Dinas Bran. We took in the Zip World at Penrhyn Quarry.

Country cottage in a spectacular valley.

We were a group of bikers (Motorcyclists) from Scotland, and we'd come to ride The Snowdonia 360 route, so ideally based, right next to The Horseshoe Pass. Onwards to Betws-y- Coed and Bala to join the route, on each day. Absolutely great time was had by all. Excellent value for money, Thank you...

Henllys, cosy riverside cottage

WendyRating, 5 stars1 day ago
Wonderful place. We had visited Carrog a few times and always wanted to stay there. We weren't disappointed. The cottage was beautiful and John left treats which were a great bonus. We didn't need for anything. It was lovely sitting on the deck but also taking a dip in the river, although we do wish we had water shoes as the stones and rocks were very slippery. Easy walking distance of the pub, river and cool little train station. Thanks again John.

We had a brilliant few days at The Shed. The interior is beautifully presented and everything has been well thought through. We enjoyed walks around the area, one of the nearby National Trust properties and the local pub. It was also lovely to meet Lisa and Michael along with Bonnie the dog
