The location in the middle between Bø and Notodden provides opportunities for trade and restaurants In the summertime it is possible to rent the canoe ( on sharing with my second cabin in the area) for NOK 350,- a day.

For those who like to be in peaceful surroundings, with bathing water and pier. Approx. 500 meters to walk from the parking lot. 12V systems for lights with solar cell, gas for cooking and refrigerator, as well as water tap for drinking/cooking (tank 100 l.) There are possibilities for internet, but can be unstable. There is one bedroom with 6 beds plus living room and kitchen in open plan. It is approx. half an hour to drive to Bø Sommerland (waterpark for kids/families). Rowing boat included.

Dette er en hybel med egen inngang, fullt bad og god seng. Fem minutters rolig rusling tar deg opp til Campus Notodden, Universitetet i Sørøst-Norge. Fem minutter andre veien tar deg til dagligvarebutikken. Er du student eller ansatt og trenger overnatting på samling, er dette stedet helt perfekt. "Kjempehytta" is an Idyllic small cabin located on a beautiful island in Lake Toke in Bamble, Telemark. A perfect place to see the the starry night sky, and enjoy nature. In summer you can go swimming an fishing in the lake. To get to the island you need to padle a canoe. The canoe and two lifejackets are included in the rent.
