For those who like to be in peaceful surroundings, with bathing water and pier. Approx. 500 meters to walk from the parking lot. 12V systems for lights with solar cell, gas for cooking and refrigerator, as well as water tap for drinking/cooking (tank 100 l.) There are possibilities for internet, but can be unstable. There is one bedroom with 6 beds plus living room and kitchen in open plan. It is approx. half an hour to drive to Bø Sommerland (waterpark for kids/families). Rowing boat included.

A comfortable living area features a sectional sofa and a single armchair, with a coffee table at its center. Large windows offer scenic views of the surrounding landscape, allowing ample natural light to fill the space. Light-colored curtains add a soft touch.

Hytta ligger rett ved en innsjø med bade- og fiskemuligheter. Man har panoramautsikt mot vannet og Gaustatoppen fra stua. Hytta ligger kun 8 km fra Bø Sommerland og 20 km fra Lifjell vinterland .Omtrent 5 km fra hytta finner du Grønkjær skianlegg med flotte langrennsløyper. Beliggenheten midt mellom Bø og Notodden gir muligheter for handel og restauranter. Om sommeren er det mulig å leie kanoen ( på deling med min andre hytte i området) mot kr. 350,- i døgnet.

Fem minutter andre veien tar deg til dagligvarebutikken. Er du student eller ansatt og trenger overnatting på samling, er dette stedet helt perfekt. Vi hadde et veldig flott opphold i Rødtangen. Vi bodde i fire uker i det nydelige lille huset med en stor terrasse og en vakker utsikt på fjorden. Mette og Mike er snille mennesker. De er lett å kommunisere med. Alt er godt ordnet. Vi kan anbefale det. Hilsen Peter og Mieke

Zrobiłam rezerwację na jedną osobę, a przyjechali jeszcze znajomi. Nie było żadnego problemu ze zmianą ilości osób. Bardzo pomocny gospodarz. Czyste sypialnie, bardzo wygodne łóżka. Salon z kominkiem, fortepianem i gitarą. Dostępny telewizor. Wspaniały dom który polecam dla całych rodzin , przyjaciół oraz par.

We had a wonderful stay at Heidi and Kristoffers beautiful cabin. Exquisite location with fabulous views, with great walking paths in close vicinity. They were fantastic hosts and responded immediately to all of our enquiries. We particularly loved the design and layout of the cabin, and felt very comfortable throughout the duration of our stay. We prepared big meals, and really made good use of they're kitchen (an italian in tow)... It should be noted that if you are having big meals be prepared to refill the water tank. For washing up and of course shower purposes. For us this added an extra charm and we really didn't mind refilling at the well just on the doorstep. My daughter loved assisting with the buckets. We had a fabulous 4 day break and found the cabin and it's amenities all very satisfying. As 3 adults, a labrador and a 5 year old, it really did tick all the boxes. Why are eager to return in future!

Et nydelig sted å komme for å kunne koble 100% ut fra hverdagen. Vakker utsikt. Fikk også en god forklaring til hvor vi kunne gå tur opp på eikeskartoppen som sterkt kan anbefales. Enkel tur som tok oss totalt 1 time. Bare 10 minutters kjøretur fra stedet. I tillegg til utsikten var geitene og hunden Dagny god underholding fra vinduet. Lokal cider og egg fra hønene var med på å sette prikken over i’en for oss. Alt i alt et herlig opphold for et ektepar med barnefri🤗
