Jason's place was perfect for beach walks. Fully equipped kitchen. Jason asks you to bring a long list of stuff like salt, pepper, oil etc. but it's already there. Quiet in the evenings. Lovely neighbours. Public transport works perfectly. The restaurant on the beach is superb for morning coffee, pre-dinner drinks and delicious food. Easy going holiday.

Sarah our host was absolutely lovely. The Airbnb was spotless and had everything we could have possibly needed. It was beautiful and so so clean. Highly recommend staying as it was so close to the beach and easily walkable into town. Will definitely visit again !!

We had stayed here before and enjoyed the area greatly so were pleased to have an opportunity to return for a week. The apartment is ideally situated for the beautiful Dorset coastline, with Highcliffe beach only a few minutes walk away. The apartment is clean, cosy and very quiet with everything needed for a relaxed, comfortable stay, including a well-maintained private garden to sit in. We were lucky to have beautiful warm, sunny weather and visited many of the local places of interest – Highcliffe beach and castle, Mudeford Quay, Hengistbury Head, Christchurch, Bournemouth, Poole, Brownsea Island, to name a few – all excellent and well worth visiting and some within easy walking distance. There are great places to eat and drink in Highcliffe itself, with an even greater choice in surrounding towns and villages. John is an excellent host and communications were first rate at all stages of our holiday – we would highly recommend.

We had such a great stay — the place is beautifully designed and set up, really private and peaceful. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into all the little details. Things like quality wine glasses, luxurious bed linen, sharp knives (and great kitchen equipment in general), plus a good TV with Netflix made it feel really comfortable. Michelle was such a lovely host — really friendly and quick to respond to messages. The snacks, drinks, and helpful extras like salt, pepper, and butter were much appreciated and made us feel right at home. It’s also in a great spot — about a 20-minute walk to both the beach and the town. We’d absolutely recommend staying here and will definitely be back!
