Vacation rentals with a patio in Heworth

The studio was spotlessly clean and in a great location with Boston Spa high street just a few minutes walk away. As people have pointed out, it gets very hot in the main space when the sun is out as it was for our visit. However the bedroom is shaded and therefore cooler, so sleeping wasn’t an issue. The only niggle was the lack of a toaster which would have been welcome to toast the bread which was part of the otherwise delicious breakfast. However this was a minor point and the studio was otherwise a very comfortable place to stay.

This was perfect for our short stay in York. Very close to the train station and to walk into town. Supermarket next door. Apartment itself was lovely.

What a find! Absolutely perfect for our three night stay in York. Secure parking with EV charging and we didn’t use the car at all once we’d arrived. 45 minute pleasant walk to the centre or bus stop literally right outside the door. Also got an Uber back after a night out and was less than £8. There are local pubs and shops within a few minutes walk too. The place is exactly as shown in the photos, absolutely spotless, with comfy bed and good quality bedding. Carolyn is an excellent host, great local info and perfect level of communication…providing all the information and responsive to messages but also left us in peace :)

Poppy’s place is a great place to stay if visiting York. Hickory’s restaurant just 16 mins walk away and FootGolf over the road. Good use of space would highly recommend! If it’s forecast high 20’s low 30’s I would bring a fan with you as it gets very warm through the evening. Really enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay in the future.

We stayed over the May bank holiday. The flat was fantastic, very modern and comfortable. We did have a problem when making a cuppa as the hot water came from the tap but I think that we were perhaps not doing it right. Contacted Oath Properties, and he told us how to use it but I think it was too modern for us! Would definitely recommend staying here.

We absolutely enjoyed staying at Jane’s! She’s a lovely host and the annexe was very tidy and had everything and more than we needed! Will definitely come back next time when I’m visiting York!

Catherine is the ideal relaxed host. (and a baking angel, thank you, Catherine!) The apartment was large, bigger than we expected, and spotlessly clean. The location was ideal for our weeks stay, lovely peaceful surroundings, but easy drive to a great shopping centre with good park & ride into York, also 1 hour access to Whitby, Harrogate (Harlow Carr), Rievaulx and Fountains.

Sheila and Pete were great hosts really friendly and welcoming and nothing too much trouble. The accommodation was faultless very homely and literally a 5 minute walk from the station. We were able to leave our possessions earlier than the checkin time which was fantastic as otherwise would’ve been lugging them about all day. They left us a lovely welcoming card and some gorgeous fresh scones with all the trimmings . Will definitely be booking to stay again. Helen was an excellent host. The location was perfect, just a 10 minute walk to the centre of Harrogate. The house was spotless and very well equipped. 100% will stay again.

Stunning property inside and lovely court yard to sit out. The property was one of the cleanest self catering accommodations I’ve ever stayed in, immaculate throughout. Gemma was responsive when needed, and accepted my apologies when informed that I had accidentally broken a wine glasses 😳. Checking in & out couldn’t have been more simple. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Gemma for our lovely stay, in one of the most beautiful places in England.

Great little find. Helens communication was first class. The place was just the right size for us, had all we needed especially as we ate in half of the time. very hot week and the property being split level helped, as the downs stairs bedroom was nice and cold. very clean neat and tidy. Would I come again? sure, if it was not so far away.

Great house so close the city centre

We had a wonderful stay. The property is stunning and very comfortable. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud. It’s a great location with either a bus from the village into York or from the park and ride just down the road. Thank you for the treats you left do us, they were very much appreciated. Idyllic four nights in The Shed. Nicola has the property resourced brilliantly and it was easy to feel at home with all the practical information she provided. The location is tranquil-days were spent enjoying the enclosed garden. The property is a nearby drive to a lovely village and market towns or you can venture further to Whitby or Scarborough. Thoroughly enjoyed our temporary home.

Lovely riverside home. Short walk to the Rambles, the Minster, Roman Wall and more. Easy check-in and a very warm welcome! A wonderful experience for our group of 4 ladies. The view is AMAZING!

I booked this accommodation for colleagues working in the area for the week. The location was perfect for this reason. John's place was is lovely and provided all the home comforts needed when working away from home. John is an excellent communicator and host. If available when we next visit the area I'll book again with John.

We enjoyed our stay in Sophie’s place. The accommodation was spacious and very comfortable. It was also well situated for exploring the delightful city of Ripon and the surrounding area.

Perfect location for a couple of nights in Harrogate. Wonderful apartment, very tastefully done. Rachael was very responsive and gave plenty of clear instructions. Couldn’t fault it!

This is a fabulous rental. It is beautifully appointed inside and spotlessly clean and tidy. It’s in a very quiet spot with verdant outside space and close to the buzzy pub and restaurant scene in Headingley as well as being within striking distance of Leeds city centre. Jo could not have been more helpful in terms of accommodating us and making us feel immediately at home.

Chris was the best host ever. He remained in contact throughout our stay, and checked we were okay with everything. He gave us plenty of recommendations for food, drink, places to go and things to do. The accommodation was 300m to the lower part of the town, and close to public footpaths and the river Nidd. The accommodation is small, but it’s top class.

Great last minute stay…! Phill was very helpful - even helped me sort parking and took me to the front door, letting me in. Thanks Phill - I’ll be back! :)
