We offer a unique open plan space with stunning views across to the small isles of Eigg & Rum, up to Sleat & the Cuillin mountain range on the Isle of Skye and down as far as the lighthouse on the Ardnamurachan peninsula. Our open plan guest suite is spacious & cosy, a perfect getaway for just 2 people. Sorry no pets or children under 12.

You will have your own outdoor seating area overlooking our peaceful, mature garden. Perfect on a summers day, your morning coffee listening to the birds sing. Nestling on the shores of the Beauly Firth only 10 miles from the city of Inverness, close to the NC500, Killearnan Brae is a luxury self-contained apartment. With boundless bird life including Osprey, the gardens make an ideal spot for birdwatching. Walking from the house you will find Killearnan Church and the Medieval Redcastle both rich in Scottish History. The picturesque village of Beauly is a 5 min drive. Here you will find bespoke shopping, restaurants along with the historic Priory.

Modernist Studio in the Scottish Highlands

This distinctive building, renovated both inside and out, started life as a primary school in 1966 and its modernist design is unique for the area. You will be surrounded by art, vintage furniture, natural textiles and amazing views during your stay. The studio is self contained and well equipped with a small but functional kitchen with high quality kitchen and tableware. The Japanese inspired bathroom has been designed to spend time and relax in with a large rain shower and deep bath.

A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

Snuggled in the heart of Speyside (between Aberlour & Rothes), Calderwood Annexe, is the perfect base from which to explore the world famous Whisky Country, Scottish Highlands, Cairngorm National Park and Moray Coastal Trail. Free from noise or light pollution, surrounded by woodland and wonderful open countryside, Calderwood Annexe offers complete peace and serenity.

Taigh Malky is one of two self-contained suites in the property and comprises of a double bedroom, kitchen/living space with a picture window looking onto a stunning view of Loch Roag with the Cuillin mountain range behind. It allows you sanctuary and peace to continue to enjoy the beauty of Skye, after a day of exploring the island. The Vale of Lorton is one of the most beautiful and unspoilt areas of the Lakes, ranging from the flat farmland and Gem town of Cockermouth at one end to the rugged mountains and Buttermere at the other. The tranquil setting of The Spinney, above the River Cocker, with spectacular views over to Whinlatter, is an ideal location to explore the north western Lakes. Set in two acres of mature trees, gardens and river frontage, with lots of wildlife.
