Vacation rentals with a patio in Hay-on-Wye

Our short stay at Jon & Laura's was perfect. We loved the patio with comfortable garden furniture, for tea outside on arrival and for a leisurely breakfast. The pristine bathroom was a joy to use. Jon's information on the local area was well-received... we enjoyed our evening 50 minute walk to a pub for food & drink and our morning visit to The Gloucester Quays. (We also won our Tennis match!)

Lovely third stay at Josie’s flat. The apartment is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Close to everything - great pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. Hope to return 😊

Flat was in a great location close to the centre of Hereford and everything you need. Place was spotless and had everything you needed for a short or longer stay! Place was very clean and bright and was clearly newly refurbished and well maintained. Host was very responsive and check in and out was super easy. Bed was very comfortable and parking literally a minute over the road! Some great recommendations given and would definitely recommend a stay! We hope to return soon!

It was a gem of a home and both Emily and Scott made sure that guests would feel right at home with their thoughtful gestures like ensuring there are sufficient kitchen materials and generous toiletries for guests. location was superb and it was so easy moving and places. definitely recommend for anyone keen to find a temporary home when visiting Cotswolds.

Very comfortable flat in a great location - within walking distance of Whiteladies Road with lots of cafes and restaurants and frequent buses to other parts of the city.

We spent just one night at Kay’s lovely apartment. She responded quickly to any questions , very clean, comfy bed and lovely decking over a very pretty stream.

A lovely little get away, tucked away on a remote location. Waking up to cattle and sheep right outside was beautiful Hosts are welcoming and very friendly. Cannot wait to return

Leeann was super communicative which made the trip, arrival and check in seamless. The home was perfect t for our lot and the kids loved their shared room which had a nook that became the centre of their hide and seek game. There was plenty of space in the house and a few touches like tea and coffee made it instantly feel like home. Our takeaway from this trip was the beauty of family which was mirrored with the ample space in the property which also somehow felt cosy. Do not hesitate to book this one, you will definitely not be disappointed.

We enjoyed our time in this hilly small village. We went and ate at the local pub. It is a hilly walk we drove. Super friendly people. It was a lovely spot to be to visit the Cotswold area.

Emma and Ian were the PERFECT hosts, they were both so so easy to communicate with and went the extra mile with decorations for me and my partner’s anniversary. Couldn’t recommend any more highly!!!

I loved my stay here. Chris & Mark were fab - friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had about the local area etc. the place was spotless, super comfy and with lots of light and beautiful flowers around the garden and fluffy towels. Jet’s place was perfect for our short break in the Forest of Dean. The location was excellent, the cottage was comfortable and welcoming. There was information about places to go and plenty of places to eat within easy walking distance. It was only a short drive to so many places of interest and lovely walks. We had a fabulous four days. Highly recommend.

It’s a beautiful house with a character. It is as nice to read the history of the place . House has been maintained well. Great for families. Would definitely visit again probably for few more days next time .

I booked The Coach House for my 30th birthday for a fun girls trip, the house is absolutely beautiful and the way it is decorated and styled is gorgeous. James was great at providing clear and easy instructions for check in/check out. We had the most amazing few days exploring the Cotswolds, turning 30 here was the best! Wonderful cottage for our weekend away from London! Jon was friendly and very responsive, and and we loved Jon’s place - absolutely beautiful and supremely comfortable. Jon even supplied some drinks, sweets and milk/coffee for us to use! Definitely will consider again for future weekends away.

The communication from booking to leaving was fantastic. The flat is spotlessly clean. A lot of thought has been put into it too make guest extremely comfortable. It was great sitting on the large veranda area in the evening as the sun went down. By far this is the best Airbnb I have stayed in. We will be booking again and again. Victoria's property is exquisitely decorated and furnished throughout. The location is perfect for a short stroll into the town centre and access to the disused railway walking trail opposite. The living room is large and very light and airy with a high ceiling. Although at first floor level, the back door opens out onto a lovely enclosed garden. Ideal for our dog. Above all, we were very surprised as to how peaceful and quiet the location was. Thoroughly recommend it, couldn't have wished for any more, Victoria had thought of everything.

The apartment was clean, warm and comfy with all you need for a relaxing break. We felt at home straight away and the peaceful location and comfy bed meant that we had a great nights sleep. The view from the terrace was amazing with lovely evening sun and beautiful sunsets. Justine contacted us before arriving and during our stay, was really friendly and very understanding of our barking dog! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property and we hope to return in the future. Thank you Justine and hubby.

What a lovely holiday! Delightful accommodation, beautiful views and countryside - Sooooo peaceful and quiet, very secluded. Very spacious and comfortable. Very well kitted out, neat, tidy, plenty of reading material - full map selection for the surrounding area, great "handbook" with loads of information. Lovely to meet Ann and Wyn - wonderful hosts. Thinking of a holiday in a remote part of Wales? This is the place! (Enjoyed the complementary breakfast!)

We stayed at Norman's for two months while we renovated a house. Perfect location close to the city - Gloucester Rd, Whiteladies, city centre etc. Really lovely flat with private walled garden covered in rambling roses in beautiful Georgian Kingsdown. Flat very clean and comfortable and well equipped kitchen. Norman super helpful and friendly. We loved our stay here.

Fantastic stay! Everything was perfect, the home, parking, how close it was to everything and our host. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had the most wonderful stay with Mags. The house is stunning, surrounded by the most beautiful landscaped gardens. It was lovely to wake up to the birdsong in the morning. The property itself is cosy, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We slept great and the shower is excellent! Lastly, Mags was the cherry on top. She was kind, attentive and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome, albeit we only stayed for one night. One of the best Air BnBs we’ve stayed in - we hope we can find an excuse to come back again. Brava!

Amazing spot on the outskirts on the city - yet in the most peaceful grounds in their own slice of the countryside. What a little gem to have stayed in. Pam and her husband Paul are absolutely lovely hosts who could not have make me feel more welcome. 🙏🏼
