Monika and family were great hosts. The apartment was perfectly placed to explore all the lovely places to eat and visit in Portsmouth. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and had all you could need to be comfortable. Monika and her family made the whole process very easy, they were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again :)

Fantastic stay for a long weekend with my wife! The location was perfect for exploring the town, and the exclusive development added a touch of luxury. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with a great view of the river from the balcony - The seating and table was very comfortable. The one-bedroom layout worked well for us, with spacious rooms and a hall. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. A big plus was the convenient car parking, just a stone's throw from the lift. One tip for future guests: make sure to pick up the garage key fob from the apartment before unloading your car! Overall, we were very comfortable here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Immaculate little house with everything you need. Quiet location despite being near main road. Beautiful garden to look at from patio. Easy access to everywhere on IoW. Staircase is very steep, but as described.

Very beautiful and cozy home. The place was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there. This place is also in a great location and has great access to shops nearby.

Great private location, fast WiFi (important as we were working) and a clean apartment! Check in was super easy and Sophie was very clear with instructions on how to find the place and how to check in/out. View of the fields/horses from the back were the highlight and hearing the birds in the morning!

We both loved staying in this very neat, tidy apartment for 5 nights. It was clean and clutter free. Little touches like milk tea coffee and biscuits were very much appreciated. The location was ideal for us to explore the island for a couple of days and then spending 3 days at the IOW festival. Thank you very much.

Sam is a great host, really helpful and responsive. Sam’s place is super convenient for walking into town, local bus routes and main line train. Sams place is roomy, has everything you need and is very comfortable, I would highly recommend staying.

We have just had a wonderful long weekend at Mulberry View and our hearts are full! This is a beautiful property right on the beach. We spent a lot of time outside and to be able to swim in the sea each morning was just wonderful. The house is pristine, we ate in as we were a largish group and the kitchen is extremely well equipped and a great social space. Comfy beds, and a luxe feel to everything. Philip is a great host, very responsive. The teenage girls in the party popped round to the local arcade on a couple of evenings which they found great fun. A great stay.

Perfect place if you re looking for some peace and relaxed environment. Ideal for a family of 4. This cozy and detached property is just a mile drive to the Hayling Island beach/Funland with lot of rides for kids and just a 10 mins walk to Tesco express if needed for groceries. The hosts Simon and Carolyn are very nice. Very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would love to stay again. Highly recommended! Miss this place..

Had a wonderful stay at this townhouse in Emsworth. Clean and uncluttered, this house is one of the best equipped airbnbs we’ve stayed in - with enough crockery/cutlery/glasses etc and enough space for all our things. Also a bonus to have such high quality appliances (Dishwasher, washing machine, tvs etc, even a waffle maker) Really homey, great location and the host was super fast at answering any questions. Had such a good nights sleep on the comfy beds and the attic room was a bonus (although the stairs are very steep!). Peaceful location, but walkable to high street and harbour restaurants etc. would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Beth's place is fantastic. The beautiful views through the big picture window were just amazing. The house is lovely with many thoughtful touches. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. I would highly recommend Beth's place to anyone visiting the island. It's a great base to get around and a lovely place to come back to.

We, as a family of 2 adults and 3 children (5,9,12yo) had a really lovely long weekend stay at Clare and David’s cottage. The cottage is really nicely done, clean and tidy, and had everything we needed- even fresh milk for a cup of coffee when we arrived! It is well located, walking distance to a small co-op and a number of excellent restaurants, cafes and pubs in Emsworth- we liked Niccolinos, the crown and the cross kitchen. Further afield, it was a short drive to some really lovely places, including the witterings and fishbourne. We would highly recommend it for a family exploring the area.

Excellent property. This house is very spacious, has great facilities and would also be ideal for someone with limited mobility. There is a large back garden and patio area that is very private and surrounded by trees.

This was the perfect short break in a cracking location. My teenage daughter and I did some lovely walks, sat at the windmill at sunset, sketched at the ruined Abbey, went to Chichester for lunch via bus. Everything was just so easy and the house was impeccably clean, with beautiful quality furnishings and a really welcoming feel to it. We loved it. Thank you!

We had a fabulous weekend in Ventnor. The accommodation had everything we needed and more. It’s a light and airy space with wonderful sea views. It’s close to town and for lovely walks. Plus parking! Rodney was the perfect host. Thank you.

The 'nest' was an idyllic getaway for us and our young dog, with plenty of walks from the doorstep and just a short drive to the seaside. Nestled in a beautifully quiet part of the world filled only with the sounds of nature. We loved our time there and would highly recommend a stay with C&C.

We had a great few days not long enough lots of lovey walks as we have to dogs who loved the beach. The flat was outstanding every thing you needed was there and spotless. We will be going back hopeful for longer next time . I would like to thank Rob for letting us take our two dogs and for a lovely welcome. Neil and Sandra Smith

We had a lovely 3 night stay at David’s apartment. The whole place was beautifully presented and very clean. Whilst being attached to the back of the house, the apartment feels completely separate and tucked away with no noise but perfectly located right off of Union Street. We enjoyed spending time at the pub only a 20 second walk away as well as exploring the town and using Ryde as a base to travel other parts of the island. We didn’t have a car but the buses and trains made it easy to get around. Highly recommend for a short getaway, we were welcomed with milk in the fridge and some sweet treats. Thanks again to David and Marion, fantastic hosts and extremely accommodating!

This is a wonderfully, fabulous gem of a place! Very rarely do I give full-5-star reviews, across every category, but this AirBnB scored 5 stars all the way! It's a wonderfully quiet, very beautiful location, surrounded by exotic and lush vegetation. It is spotlessly clean, excellent facilities -all you need for showers etc and lots of lovey teas, coffees and basics for breakfast, with wonderful cooking facilities, if one was so inclined! There are lovely shampoos, lotions etc, in the bathroom, games to play, excellent local amenity directories, that Vikki has collated, - and lovely views of the Sea. What a joy. Thank you. Pippa

We had a lovely stay at Kate’s flat which is beautifully furnished . She provided us with several groceries and treats on our arrival. We had many chats and met her adorable dog, Ginny. I was able to get my pup fix daily. Thank you for your support and kindness during my daughter’s recovery.

Our 2nd time staying at one of Dans properties and we will definitely be back again. Seamless from start to end, the apartment was immaculate and had such a homely feel to the place. Perfectly located for transport link, covenience stores, takeaways and close to Gunwharf Quays shopping complex. Clear check in instructions and very wasy to find. Thanks again Dan! Robert's place was absolutely perfect for a weekend in southsea. The area of southsea its self is so lovely and probably the nicest location around. The place was perfect with a massive communal Open kitchen and a big front room, great for friends and families to hang out. The bedrooms were actually nicer than the pictures. The garden was great and they had lots of indoor and outdoor games which was good to entertain my niece. The front bedroom was a little loud with the road until about 10pm, but after that it was fine. The kitchen was well stocked with pans/ cutlery/ cleaning products etc. Perfect place to stay!
