The cabin is idyllically located with panoramic views of the beautiful village of Førde, the fjord and even a lot longer. Even though the cabin lies by itself practically on a pile, lay it on a farmer's yard, cows sheep and lambs in the vicinity. The cabin has a character, is more than 100 years old and has between anna a large, printed Viking ship model hanging on the ceiling. The entire cabin was restored a few years ago and then got modern equipment such as a new bathroom with heating cables and new kitchen with all necessary equipment.

We had a great time at Emil's place with a nice welcome. Everything was sparkling clean; candles were lit and Emil had provided chocolate and potato chips for us - in the middle of nowhere. The apartment is well equipped , has fast Wifi, a very comfortable bed and a kitchen that worked well. We even got to charge our car. During the holiday season, Emil came with a lovely bouquet of daffodils and Easter treats to us. We felt welcome and well taken care of, and are happy to recommend the place further! We had a very nice stay and were very satisfied with the friendly contact with Johannes and Loes. The apartment is spacious and equipped with every comfort, even a crib and children's bedding for our two small children. The view is of course great and there is a lot of information about hikes and activities available. Highly recommended as a starting point for activities in the area and as a resting point for a young family.

Great location! 10 minutes by car to Preikestolen, 10 minutes on foot to Jørpeland Holmen, 5 minutes on foot to a great restaurant (Villa Rosenhagen) and many shopping facilities nearby. Very nice landlords and a very nice garden. Apartment has everything you need, we would definitely come back.
