Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Harpeth River

Awesome home, relaxing, peaceful and comfortable. I came all the way from the Big Island of Hawaii and this was my first time in Tennessee. The location was perfect for the event at the Factory. We stayed two days and we where very happy. Thank you Audrey for the great restaurants suggestions. We loved it. Thoughtfully and well stocked with cooking supplies and things to do. Great location! And the house is amazing. Felt like we should be touring it instead of staying in it. Even my 7 year old keeps begging me to take him back. Highly recommend

We've been to AirBNBs in several countries and many states (and elsewhere in Nashville) and this was definitely one of our all-time faves. The way Kelli and Sarah use every inch of space inside Flatrock House yet make it feel spacious, full of light, and uncluttered is inspiring. Our hosts’ recommendation printouts were indispensable, our dog loved the enclosed backyard (and the modest pet fee). Cool selection of books/games/records, an awesome projector, a very cookable kitchen setup. Kelli and Sarah were so responsive and helpful as hosts while making us feel like we were all alone on our own quiet property. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a unique, great-value/immaculate-vibes stay in Nashville as many other options grow increasingly antiseptic, expensive, and management company–ish. The personal touch and perfect little home here really make Flatrock House stand out.

It is hard to describe the feeling of peace and welcome that you feel when you come into the cottage. And cottage is the perfect word for it. It just feels like the coziest little home you ever were in. My husband and I absolutely loved it and enjoyed our time curled up with books on the couch or having our morning coffee in the screened porch. Stephen keeps this place perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone that we know that would be going to Nashville and needing a place to stay. I’m not sure I would have very little kids there (under 6 maybe) , but for a couple or an adult it is the perfect spot. We really enjoyed Stephen and invited him in to sit and talk with us and tell us about some of the incredible things in the cottage. He is very friendly and willing to chat if you want to but not intrusive in any fashion. It is very near to the Greenhills shopping area, but extremely quiet and peaceful. We will definitely choose to stay at the cottage in the future!

We had a great stay here. Was exactly as described and exactly what we needed for our visit. Danny was very responsive and helpful.

This spot is a nice small home as described in the town of Nolensville. My brother and I were on a writing trip and had never been to this part of Tennessee, but it turned out to be very cozy. You are probably 30 minutes outside of town (with traffic, which is not bad) in a cute little town. There is a coffee/donut shop within walking distance which was very nice to have in the mornings. The whole house was pretty clean, we never got the feeling we had to "tip-toe" around or anything. There was some dust in spots but we had also moved furniture around to make room for the writing setup. The dust however was severely outweighed by the fact that the neighbors offered to have us over for a crawfish boil which we were very sad to not be able to attend as we were there for a wedding, however it was nice to know the neighbors were so welcoming even though we had never met before. Another thing worth adding, we never had any concern about break-ins or safety. It is a very secure spot

The Loft was situated in a lovely neighborhood close to any amenity you might want. 2 minutes or so from Trader Joe’s. The Loft was clean and comfortable and the host was quite amiable and asked how things were going. I would highly recommend.

I very much enjoyed my stay. Evane was a fantastic host that checked in and made sure I was right at home. The spot was clean and super fun inside. There was also a coffee shop just a few doors down. The distance was a short Uber to downtown, and a short ride to the airport when it was time to leave. Its host’s like Evane that care about the small details to make your trip that much more enjoyable.

The place was adorable! We had 3 ladies on our trip. I didn’t realize until after we booked that it only had one king size bed. However, Jackie did have a king size blowup mattress, and the two sofas were actually comfortable to sleep on as well. Next time I come, it would probably only be with my husband because it is a small space. I will say it was extremely clean. The coffee set up was adorable! The area was very peaceful and quiet. Only took about a 15 minute drive to all the local areas. This was my first time using Airbnb and I would absolutely go back to this place again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Richard’s place! He was an awesome host - he welcomed us into his home and gave us plenty of tips and advice for our time in Nashville. The space itself was great. The perfect setting for rest and relaxation. Breathtaking property, peaceful views, cozy accommodations with comfortable bed and all the amenities— kitchen, wi-fi, etc. Attentive and friendly host and staff. We were able to tour the recording studio too. Wonderful stay!

Great place. Highly recommend. Super cute and quiet. Bathroom does not have a door but not an issue for us. 10/10

Lizbeth is an AMAZING host. She was so easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Be aware that Antioch is not particularly close to Nashville proper, the pool and hot tub are in a shared space, and you can hear EVERYTHING upstairs while in the unit. Over all would highly recommend the stay if you just want a cozy, homey stay with some amazing hosts. I couldn’t recommend Lizbeth enough just the space was 3.5/4 stars but the host was easily 5 stars

Shannon’s place was perfect for my boyfriend and I to get away for a couple days ! Conveniently located (could either walk or a quick 6 min uber/lyft) super close to the airport ! 100/10 would stay here again!

Zac was extremely easy to communicate with, we had no issues during our stay. Check in and check out instructions given were clear and easy! Was a good location with places to eat walkable distance and a close uber drive to downtown/Broadway just like stated in the description!

This was in a great location from downtown Nashville. If you want an easy drive into the city, I recommend this place. Ubering from the house was very cheap and easy (around $6 per trip). The drive only took about 10 minutes each way.

Our stay was great! It was clean and exactly as described. Very easy to get Ubers downtown, and about a 10 minute drive to Broadway. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was super convenient to things in town and also the pool was a nice relaxing place to pass the time. Kitchen is small but fully equipped with whatever you might need to cook a meal. Definitely recommend!

Enjoyed our stay!! Jimmy sent detailed and clear instructions about everything we might possibly need to know for the weekend. Good location- about 10-15 minute drive from all of the areas we wanted to visit. The space was spotless and we would definitely stay here again!
