Wow, what a beautiful location. And such a lovely house. There was a an original sauna on the lake which allowed us a true Finnish experience. Elina was the perfect host. She was always responsive and keen to ensure we had a great time. Anyone booking this place will not be disappointed. We will be returning- maybe when there is snow on the ground. We spent a wonderful extended weekend in Pappilanniemi with the whole family in a big group! The house was absolutely amazing and the plot was magnificent! 1.5 years old Väinö, our little one, was running around in a large, really child-friendly backyard and waved to the nice boats passing by! One of the best saunas we have ever been to and the swimming opportunity crowned the sauna evenings! What a memorable birthday and medieval festival weekend!

Comfortable and cozy detached house, where everything worked out. The host had taken care of everything and made very clear instructional videos for everything possible. Everything went well!

Pretty cool place. Would also rent it for big events, like weddings, company parties etc. Real nice surroundings in there. What got us by surprise is that they had like 10 different saunas in there

Wonderful Lodge with a great sauna and perfect equipment (kitchen, outdoor BBQ). Beautiful surrounding in the middle of nature. Communication with Kristina was easy and we got all the infotmation we needed. 10/10

Great house for families with wonderful pool and sauna. Safe and beautiful environment with playground and beach nearby. Shops also accessible. Great vibe sitting outside on the patio in the evenings. Could easily stay another week here!

A wonderful, peaceful place to spend Midsummer. Beaches for both swimming and fishing right next door, a wonderful wooden sauna, your own peace and a beautiful environment. The place was even better and more homely than the pictures showed. Good bedding to sleep in. Friendly and pleasant host with whom communication is straightforward. The cottage was clean and had all the settings for a successful cottage weekend. I can highly recommend this cottage!

Lovely house and great host. Everything needed for a nice family stay. Kimmo and family were very helpful with our check in and out process. The house is spacious and sits in a calm and safe environment. Easy access to public transportation and a shopping center. Lovely patio and garden to enjoy in summer time. All and all a place worth staying at 😊

Juha was a fantastic host — warm, communicative, and thoughtful. The cottage was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, with a beautiful terrace and even a new TV. We especially appreciated the flexibility with check-in and check-out. Everything was exactly as described (if not better), and we felt very welcome.

We booked this place for our family: 2 adults in our 40s, 2 grandparents in their 70s, and 1 child. The two cabins comfortably fit us all. We really enjoyed staying here and having a taste of Finnish "mokki" life. The sauna worked well, and the lake was perfect for swimming. We also enjoyed the row boat and outdoor fire pit for making "makkara". Given climate change realities, the inclusion of an air conditioning unit in the main cabin was a big plus! I would stay here again, and recommend it to others.

We spent a sunny and warm summer weekend at the sauna cabin. The cottage is in a beautiful and quiet location, no neighbors nearby. Well decorated, soft steam in the sauna and everything you need in the kitchen. In the yard, a very comfortable setting for lounging, fishing and rowing, there was a boat in use, and the dog also enjoyed the large yard. Communication with Niina went well. Lovely place! 💛

Nice old house, good location, stylish and yet cozy. Kitchen equipment exceeded expectations, coffee machine🙏. The yard is nice and the yard sauna is a nice bonus! Terrace and hot tub are great, a group of 6 women fit well for the weekend! Near Iso-Melkutin, a nice clear-watered lake surrounded by a nice hiking trail

The accommodation was wonderful! Cozy, comfortable and rustic. The sauna provided good steam and the bedroom was great for sleeping. The surroundings were peaceful and welcoming. Viivi responded to messages quickly and the reception was warm and pleasant. Definitely a place and host worth recommending ☺️

Nice cabin in the owner's yard. The lovely wood sauna was just right for two and good steam! Everything you need was found in the cottage. The owners were friendly and the dog was cute! It's hard to swim when there's so much plant in the water. That was the only minus. However, the owner kindly tried to rake it off so we could take a dip after the sauna!

Nice house in the forest. blueberries, owls just outside the door. large set of good quality glasses, cuttlery, kitchenware. 4 min to drive to beach at Messila camping, 6 min to Messila Golf, 7 min to good quality k-suoermarket. sauna inside the house. highly reccomended for those who like holidays in nature.
