Seeking mountain serenity with a riverside embrace, our family of three discovered this gem near Dewri. The accommodation, a well-appointed duplex, offered immaculate comfort and a long balcony revealing a breathtaking panorama. The Tirthan River meandered below, framed by whispering pine forests and the silent gaze of mountains. Our senses were soothed as we watched trouts playfully dancing in the river, heard the incessant flowing sound of the Tirthan river, a gentle breeze caressing us. We bathed in the cool river water, had a campfire at night beside the river, we laughed, we sang, we fell in love. The staff, especially Prem, extended warm hospitality, not only arranging fresh trout but also treating us to delicious local delicacies. Shilpi's thoughtful coordination ensured a seamless and welcoming experience from our initial booking to our departure. This tranquil escape, a symphony of nature and heartfelt care, beckons a return.

We recently visited this property and had a wonderful experience. The location is great—peaceful and away from the crowd, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The caretaker aunty is very friendly and helpful, and the chef prepared delicious meals throughout our stay. Although we noticed a few insects during check-in, the issue was quickly addressed thanks to the caretaker’s prompt response. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d definitely consider visiting again.

Our stay was the highlight of our travels through Himachal Pradesh. This is a hidden gem in the mountains. It takes a little while to hike up, about 1 hour for able bodied persons, but it is so worth it. The place is totally secluded high on the mountain, so beautiful, peaceful, and has a world class view. Om Prakash ji and Asha ji were wonderful and very attentive hosts. They cooked for us on our last night there and it was delicious. Om Prakash took us to the summit of Labhri top. He spent the whole day hiking with us and packed us a lunch of parathas and chai. It cost extra (1,500 Rs), but highly recommend it for those who like hiking and lead an active lifestyle. Pretty strenuous hike at times, but the view from the top makes it all worth it. The journey is quite beautiful too. All in all the place, our hosts - Om Prakash and Asha, and our time there was completely charming. We really hope to return soon.

The property is the perfect place for someone looking for a peaceful stay away from city hustle. There’s a trail to Pekhri village offering a panoramic view of the valley. The property has a good chef freshly preparing all the meals and great taste. I had one of the best trout fish masala fry, lemon chicken during my stay. The host and the team are always available to cater to the guests needs and goes above and beyond. They have bonfire in the evenings where the guests can interact and have a good time. I will visit again for sure. One tip - while travelling from city. Do ensure to carry items you will need during the stay as there are no nearby shops.
