Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Grottammare

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great stay. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

If you are looking for a peaceful time cuddling very cute cats and breathing fresh air in beautiful surroundings, you are at the right place. We had a great time in the nature and found this little house very homely.

Immediately upon arrival, we were greeted by Fausto. With a translation app, everything was communicated to us. I think his friendly face makes everyone happy.😀 An atmospheric fenced garden where our 2 large dogs had a wonderful time. Very nice that there was air conditioning available. The bed was great! Nothing was missing. Oh yes, the cheese slicer😀😀, but it is often missing abroad😀. The house is located within a small complex that could be closed. The sea can be reached within 7 minutes by car. It's not busy at all this time of year. We had 1 week of 30 degrees and blue sky. Fausto responds almost immediately to your questions. We visited: caves, fano, Loreto, Torre di palme and the sea. We would recommend this house!

We found this property by chance and were already impressed by the photos for the beauty of the rooms but in reality they were even more welcoming and comfortable. Andrea was a really fantastic Host, when we arrived he gave us all the relevant information including various useful tips on local places. The property was really comfortable and even more beautiful than the photos, all completely renovated and having the plus of having breakfast and beach facility included definitely makes the stay even more enjoyable. In addition to these great strengths is the centrality of the apartment really convenient for everything, the supermarket is 2 minutes away, free parking at most 5 minutes, in 10 minutes you are on the beach and in 5 in the town center. A really fantastic solution. Highly recommended

Emidio's apartment is in an absolutely beautiful location, both for landscape and architecture. The apartment itself is wonderful with a gigantic terrace that offers a fabulous view of the surroundings and the sea. The cleanliness was impeccable and the area is really quiet and easy to park. Emidio was a perfect and very kind host, he provided us with a lot of information about the surrounding areas and welcomed us as if we were at home. We will definitely be back to enjoy a few more days and discover those fantastic areas.

We had wonderful days, a lovely cottage with beautiful views, wonderful pool. Delicious homemade bread, pizzas and of course wine! We were with 2 kids who had more than fun with all the games and table tennis and foosball. Everything has been taken care of to the last detail, super sweet people and incredibly attentive! We'd love to visit again

Beautiful apartment, decorated in Italian style. Very clean. Fully equipped, the apartment had everything you needed and even more. Great location, 3-minute walk to the sea, max 10 minutes to the center. In a quiet neighborhood. Mrs. Simonetta is very nice and communicative. At the very beginning, she showed us places to go, recommended the best restaurants, and even ordered a taxi to the airport for a specific time. We are very pleased and we will definitely stay there when we visit Pescarze.

You get a whole apartment for the price of a room in a beautiful hilltop village. The accommodation was very clean. It's a village with lots of character and a fantastic restaurant/ bar. I had a lovely Carbonara for just 8 Euros and the beer is served icy cold. I had a few drinks with the locals and like all Italians they are very friendly.

Four-night stay, great experience! The house is small but cozy, offering all the necessary amenities. The garden where we set up outdoor dinners and breakfasts is also very welcome. Air conditioning is present, as well as a washing machine. We spent wonderful days at the beach and relaxing.

Paola was very helpful with anyone questions we have, and gave us several recommendations and directions during our stay. She also allowed us to check in early, and store our luggage there later on check out day.

Renovated and very clean apartment, in an old panoramic villa with a large garden around, very well-kept. The apartment also has a nice terrace and convenient parking for the car, in a courtyard with an automatic gate. The place is very quiet and peaceful, just outside a small village, great for relaxing and feeling on vacation. The owner was very welcoming and kind, and also gave us useful directions to the surroundings. We had a great time.

Tania is an exquisite person and her apartment is small, but very well organized and equipped with everything you need for a vacation. the location is on the border of the village, so it is closer to Grottamare beach than to S.Benedetto, but it is a beautiful beach and above all really reachable in 5 minutes on foot because the house is located near the railway underpass (which should not be underestimated, because the underpasses are located at a good distance from each other). Also a 5-minute walk away is a very well-stocked supermarket that also has a nice food counter if you don't want to cook. On the other hand, it is a little far from the center (about 1.8 km); the distance itself is not excessive, but the streets at night are not very busy and on the seafront you have to pass an industrial area: so we took the car. And here is the only bad note: it's not very easy to find parking under the house. But otherwise highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay in Monteprandone. The accommodation provided by Daniela is charming, in the heart of the medieval village. Ideal for a peaceful stay in a beautiful setting. I would recommend it 100%

House faithful to the photos, in a perfect location for going to the beach and about 10/15 minutes from the center. Well served and Cecilia practically accompanied us to all points: from check-in to tips on where to eat or what to do!

We went to a wedding in a castle near by and had a wonderful stay in the condo. We loved the location and view of the sea!! Thank you all so much!!

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

Our family vacation experience with three small children was pleasant and positive. The house and the large garden are cared for and comfortable to stay. The house is cozy and also equipped with games and beautiful children's books. We moved by car to go to the sea and visit the surroundings, but if you want, you can also get around by bike. Elisa is very friendly and helpful, ready to solve any inconvenience. The neighbors are also friendly and it was a pleasure to chat with them.

Gabri (and co-host Piero Paolo were first and foremost friendly and welcoming. They were both super responsive and helpful and made you feel right at home in this idyllic coastal apartment. What a joy to spend such a relaxing time safe in the knowledge you can trust your hosts to be helpful and respond to your queries promptly and with warmth.

Very nice and well-kept house in every detail! Cross the street and you are immediately on the beach and nearby there are all the services at your fingertips such as supermarket, bars, pastry shops, pharmacy, etc. the center of San Benedetto is a 15/20 min walk so the location is also great. Gabriele is very polite and friendly and ready to help you in any way with very timely responses. The only bad note but it only concerns my case is that the elevator does not reach the floor and there is a flight of stairs and in my case with an infant and stroller in the long run it is a little uncomfortable. for the rest Gabriele and the house I would say at the top!

Luigi introduced us to his town, Acquaviva Picena. Its home offers a fantastic view in a beautiful place overlooking the valley. 10 minutes by car you are in San Benedetto del Tronto. Great place for great excursions that will always remain in your heart. The house is not missing anything at all and Luigi was impeccable. Thanks for your hospitality!!!

The apartment has two bedrooms and a living room/kitchen where a total of 6 people can sleep. The area is 20 minutes by bike from the center of San Benedetto del Tronto, but Porto d'Ascoli offers many services.

Great location, close to the beach, shops, coffee shops and near the best iceacream in town. Walkable distance from the centre of San Benedetto del Tronto as well. The flat was very clean with everything that you could possibly need for a nice vacation without worries. Very spacious bedrooms with big wardrobes, enough for 5 people. The lift in the building was a bonus as we had a disabled person with us. Martina and Ivana were very kind to allow us to check in earlier and they always contacted me to make sure we have everything we need. We had a marvelous time and hoping to repeat next year. Half of the guests were only speaking english and they would've liked one english channel on the tv, but it wasn't a tragedy not to have it. I would definitely recomand it to anyone.

Five-star experience, excellent apartment all around. Close to the city center and the wonderful Molo Sud. Perfect also for mobile working with fast internet. Don’t forget to ask Gaetano for restaurant recommendations, you will be delighted.

Tidy apartment, great big terrace with amazing view to the sea. The host is great, responds quickly even though she doesn't speak English. Free beach nearby. Both noisy because next to the street where there is constant movement. All in all fine, just sticking to unlock the door. :)
