Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Grottammare

We just got back from Nonno Dario's farmhouse... and we already want to leave again! The house is simply perfect, clean, particularly appreciated the welcome kit, we usually bring a thousand things from home, but it would not have been necessary because in the kitchen and bathroom there was practically everything! We were looking for peace, and we found peace. For us, accustomed to the noise and bustle of the city, the slow pace and silence of the farmhouse and its surroundings have been a panacea. Opening the windows and enjoying the splendid panorama of the Marche hills is priceless. On hot days, the pool and garden allowed us to find refreshment after excursions. A heartfelt thank you to Silvia, for her kindness and the various tips she gave us during our stay. We'll definitely see you again.

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great stay. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

Vincenzo and Tracey were incredible hosts for us adults and our toddlers. Their hospitality, top notch! The home and views will truly leave you breathless. If you like the countryside, this is the place to be. Beautiful Pineto beach is just 30 mins away. Lovely wineries within 30 - 45 mins. If you appreciate nature and beautiful mountain drives + going to the beach, you’ve found it. 💕🙏

Beautiful apartment, decorated in Italian style. Very clean. Fully equipped, the apartment had everything you needed and even more. Great location, 3-minute walk to the sea, max 10 minutes to the center. In a quiet neighborhood. Mrs. Simonetta is very nice and communicative. At the very beginning, she showed us places to go, recommended the best restaurants, and even ordered a taxi to the airport for a specific time. We are very pleased and we will definitely stay there when we visit Pescarze.

A peaceful corner from which to enjoy a wonderful panorama between the Apennines and the sea. Well-kept apartment equipped with all comforts, very close to the medieval historic center of Montepagano. An unforgettable vacation that I would recommend to everyone

Fantastically beautiful location in the mountains, nice pool and good functional furnishings. You just have to be aware that it is a very quiet place and you have to drive at least 30 minutes to 2 hours for excursions or the like, which was completely okay for us. Angelo is a great host, we'd come back any time.

Beautiful apartment, clean and well-equipped with everything. The breathtaking view of the valley and the silence are priceless! It's a newly renovated country house with a kitchen in the dining room with a working fireplace and TV. There are 4 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms + one for studio use and the other with a double sofa bed and TV. There's plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The kitchen is new, complete with new and good quality pots, plates, glasses, pans, etc. Moreno is a perfect host. It exceeded all the best expectations. Highly recommended!

Loredana's house is quietly located without car traffic in the small town of Spoltore, below a small square and with a great terrace. View of the mountains. The center of town can be reached in a few minutes with a bar, pizzeria and bakery and also a nice supermarket. The place is perfect for a quiet relaxing vacation. Very nice with furniture for the old house, but with all the modern necessities such as a good gas stove, large TV and quiet air conditioning. Loredana personally welcomed us and especially helped us in the search for a doctor. Free parking above the house with a few stairs is easy. We enjoyed the tranquility and serenity of the place and the house for 14 days.

The place is a real work of art, which manages to take away all your worries and leave you only to complete relaxation. The property has no flaws, cared for in every detail from the garden, to the cottages to the infinity pool overlooking the valley. The owners are then people of infinite kindness, who know how to put you at ease and welcome you in the best possible way. If you find a way, go there, you won't regret it!!!!!

We stayed at Dino‘s for two and a half weeks and enjoyed every moment of it. Our day consisted of grabbing an Italian breakfast at one of the nearby villages and towns, swimming in the pool, relaxing next to the pool and then relaxing again before either buying local produce for dinner (Dino has everything you need for a BBQ) or going to one of the excellent restaurants Dino recommended. Bedtime was always preceded by a dip in the pool from which we often star-gazed (we were there during the Perseid meteor shower). Our dog, Charlie, loved meeting Dino‘s dog, Toby, as well as the other dogs from the families that came to visit. Personally, I already miss waking up in morning to a glorious view of the sun coming up over Marche. Dino is an excellent host, very amiable and always there for his guests. You are in good hands with Dino.

We loved our stay here! Amazing views, all of the little details were taken care of and there were so many spots to enjoy the scenery. Perfect peaceful getaway.

The house and its surroundings were even more beautiful than in the pictures and the view from the house was breathtaking. We spent a lot of time in the pool area which was so nice. The hosts were always available and responded quick if we had any questions. 10 out of 10 experience, would really recommend!

Highly Recommend! The views are simply breathtaking. Gorgeous pool, wine cellar that is ALWAYS open, just take a bottle, write it down, pay later; free vegetables from the garden (which we took advantage of), a/c in the units, walkable to the grocery story, 2 min drive to the larger town with restaurants and things to do. Daniela was super responsive, helpful and speaks great English. So many of those flowers that are in all the Florida hotels, smells wonderful. Can't recommend enough; we'll be back!

We had a great holiday! Hosts Kristy and James are always willing to help and want the best for you. It's a lovely quiet place where you can enjoy their great pool surrounded by beautiful landscape. Mogliano City is very close and so pittoresque and clean... not big but the real Italy lover will be very happy. What i like a lot about the location is that you can explore "The Marken" with your car very good. Max 1hour 15 minutes to arrive with your car in the somehow bigger cities (Ascoli Piceno, Fermo, Grottamare, Portonovo and excellent Macerata in 20 minutes...) Typical small cities more than enough in the neigbourhood, we loved it! You have the mare e monti, the sea and the mountains... monte sibillini is a great spot as well to go out for a walk! The appartments are clean with muskito-nets present so that's a nice add-on. Kitchen, bathroom,... we were happy with all present stuff and had the feeling that Kirsty and James were there in case something was needed. Thx!!

The most beautiful place in Italy. We enjoyed it so much. Michela and Massimo are the kindest and sweetest people. Our stay was perfect. The view, the apartment, the garden, .. everything was with made with so much love the and lovely details. We will come back.

Four-night stay, great experience! The house is small but cozy, offering all the necessary amenities. The garden where we set up outdoor dinners and breakfasts is also very welcome. Air conditioning is present, as well as a washing machine. We spent wonderful days at the beach and relaxing.

Beautiful. The apartment is much nicer than the pictures. The room is like a luxury hotel, everything is very nice. No noise and pleasant temperature. The utensils and appliances are of a very good quality. It has everything a family needs for. It has a beautiful courtyard that allowed me to work with tranquility. The guys loved it too. Patrizia is an excellent host. Very attentive. I'll give us bikes to get around the city and its beautiful beaches. I also want a more small bike for my son . The bathroom is spotless. The kitchen is very complete, up toaster. Patrizia had a lot of patience explaining how to use each appliance and with the explanation of the differentiated collection. Patrizia went to pick us up at the flixbus stop and I also took us when we left the apartment. I think anyone staying with Patrizia is going to have excellent service. Just thanks for having a great stay.

We had a lovely stay in Monteprandone. The accommodation provided by Daniela is charming, in the heart of the medieval village. Ideal for a peaceful stay in a beautiful setting. I would recommend it 100%

A gem of an apartment!!! Just renovated with great care and with a studio of the spaces!! It is a small place ideal for 2 people but comfortable, there is everything!!! First of all, a super equipped kitchen (beautiful pots) with induction, microwave, oven, toaster, etc. and a counter where to eat. From the window you can see the sea, beautiful!!! Adjacent is the bedroom with a spacious closet (All. Inside a mini dryer), a smart TV and everything you need (sheets, towels, pegs, cleaning utensils...) The bathroom offers a super comfortable, clean, large shower!!! Oh, I forgot air conditioning and wifi!! In short, we are really satisfied!!! The only thing that had escaped us was the location: it is in front of the beaches so in the evening there is availability of many restaurants on the beach but to get to Grottammare or San benedetto on foot it takes at least 20/25 minutes!! I have to say that it was not a problem because there were several scooters!!!! Thank you!

The apartment is bright, good design, with a beautiful view, we also really liked our balcony. The bed in the bedroom is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking, for us a great bonus was the coffee machine. Alessandra was super helpful! I would gladly go back there :)

The house is very well situated between Atri and Pineto, and has a fantastic view of the surroundings, ocean and sunset (probably sunrise as well). Paola and Carmine were extremely responsive and gave plenty of good suggestions. The place is also very well equipped if you’re planning on cooking. The only slight downside is that, being just off the road, you can hear the cars going by when you’re in the garden. But even considering that, the place is great value for money.
