Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Grottammare

We just got back from Nonno Dario's farmhouse... and we already want to leave again! The house is simply perfect, clean, particularly appreciated the welcome kit, we usually bring a thousand things from home, but it would not have been necessary because in the kitchen and bathroom there was practically everything! We were looking for peace, and we found peace. For us, accustomed to the noise and bustle of the city, the slow pace and silence of the farmhouse and its surroundings have been a panacea. Opening the windows and enjoying the splendid panorama of the Marche hills is priceless. On hot days, the pool and garden allowed us to find refreshment after excursions. A heartfelt thank you to Silvia, for her kindness and the various tips she gave us during our stay. We'll definitely see you again.

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great stay. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

Immediately upon arrival, we were greeted by Fausto. With a translation app, everything was communicated to us. I think his friendly face makes everyone happy.😀 An atmospheric fenced garden where our 2 large dogs had a wonderful time. Very nice that there was air conditioning available. The bed was great! Nothing was missing. Oh yes, the cheese slicer😀😀, but it is often missing abroad😀. The house is located within a small complex that could be closed. The sea can be reached within 7 minutes by car. It's not busy at all this time of year. We had 1 week of 30 degrees and blue sky. Fausto responds almost immediately to your questions. We visited: caves, fano, Loreto, Torre di palme and the sea. We would recommend this house!

A truly remarkable getaway. Everything as described and more. The 360 view from the rooftop terrace is stunning. Wonderful and responsive hosts, who go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Incredibly clean and comfortable bedrooms too. Would love to return.

Emidio's apartment is in an absolutely beautiful location, both for landscape and architecture. The apartment itself is wonderful with a gigantic terrace that offers a fabulous view of the surroundings and the sea. The cleanliness was impeccable and the area is really quiet and easy to park. Emidio was a perfect and very kind host, he provided us with a lot of information about the surrounding areas and welcomed us as if we were at home. We will definitely be back to enjoy a few more days and discover those fantastic areas.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Fenice. Amelia & Kevin made us feel extremely welcome in their beautiful home. They really have thought of everything from spare toothbrushes to beach towels! If you fancy giving Abruzzo a try you couldn’t choose a better place to stay

Beautiful apartment, decorated in Italian style. Very clean. Fully equipped, the apartment had everything you needed and even more. Great location, 3-minute walk to the sea, max 10 minutes to the center. In a quiet neighborhood. Mrs. Simonetta is very nice and communicative. At the very beginning, she showed us places to go, recommended the best restaurants, and even ordered a taxi to the airport for a specific time. We are very pleased and we will definitely stay there when we visit Pescarze.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Elisabetta is an incredibly warm and hospitable woman. Our breakfast each morning prepared by her wonderful son was a beautiful was to start each day. Her B&B is the perfect respite! We will return!

Great location in a beautiful resort area. Very nice, clean, comfortable apartment for a couple. We really liked that pets are allowed. There is a terrace with a view of the sea, which is always nice for spending evenings and watching the sun set. It is valuable that the apartment has air conditioning. The beach is within walking distance, and there are at least 3 shopping centers just a few minutes away from the apartment. If you want a clean, cozy apartment with comfortable beds, I highly recommend it. I would gladly visit again myself.

Aurora is a precise host with remarkable attention to detail. He is an extremely helpful person and knows how to make you feel at home. The house is equipped with every comfort to ensure a quiet stay a stone's throw from the sea. It was a pleasure to stay with you and I will definitely contact you again if I return to the area

House faithful to the photos, in a perfect location for going to the beach and about 10/15 minutes from the center. Well served and Cecilia practically accompanied us to all points: from check-in to tips on where to eat or what to do!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Caravaggio. The apartment is very nice (as in the pictures). Hostess Debbie welcomed us warmly and was always available to us during the stay. Highly recommended :)

I can't say enough good things about our holiday, our family of 5, were so well catered for by Kristy and James. The apartment was perfect and the pool was a hit with the kids. the garden was very peaceful with beautiful view of the hills and valley. We received lots of helpful tips and suggestions which made our stay very enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend! Thank you so much for everything!

For us now the 3rd time we have booked with Marina and Luigi. Cottage is neat and super clean! And upon arrival there was a bottle of wine ready with some refreshments. Located near highway, but was not annoying for us. Close to beach, both with sunbeds and free pieces. Plenty to see in the area.

The most beautiful place in Italy. We enjoyed it so much. Michela and Massimo are the kindest and sweetest people. Our stay was perfect. The view, the apartment, the garden, .. everything was with made with so much love the and lovely details. We will come back.

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

Our family vacation experience with three small children was pleasant and positive. The house and the large garden are cared for and comfortable to stay. The house is cozy and also equipped with games and beautiful children's books. We moved by car to go to the sea and visit the surroundings, but if you want, you can also get around by bike. Elisa is very friendly and helpful, ready to solve any inconvenience. The neighbors are also friendly and it was a pleasure to chat with them.

Luigi introduced us to his town, Acquaviva Picena. Its home offers a fantastic view in a beautiful place overlooking the valley. 10 minutes by car you are in San Benedetto del Tronto. Great place for great excursions that will always remain in your heart. The house is not missing anything at all and Luigi was impeccable. Thanks for your hospitality!!!

The apartment has two bedrooms and a living room/kitchen where a total of 6 people can sleep. The area is 20 minutes by bike from the center of San Benedetto del Tronto, but Porto d'Ascoli offers many services.

Beautiful view, very responsive hosts. Omar and Silvia kindly let us borrow bikes during our stay and the town is very walkable and bikable. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is great for watching the sunrise, and we got to see a storm roll by.

Salvina and Giovanni were fantastic. They welcomed us with affection, prepared the house with great attention and excellent hospitality! They did it with a kind heart and soul, thank you very much! The house has a panoramic view of the sea, the interiors have everything you need and one of the best things is the outdoor shower (the view remains unbeatable)! Very clean environment! Numana is a typical and pretty small town, the pebble beaches are well maintained, the sea is clean and pleasant. Highly recommended!!!

The apartment is so lovely! It was very comfortable and we felt at home straight away. There’s clearly been alot of care taken in furnishing & decorating the space. The supermarket is just around the corner so we cooked on a few nights and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We spent most of our time when at home on the balcony, eating our meals and looking out at the view of the water. We left Numana feeling very rested. Elisa & Laura were excellent hosts, proactive with check-in instructions and helpful with anything that came up. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

The apartment is small but comfortable and very cozy. We slept well away from the heat of the city. It has a beautiful terrace with a view that is equipped with a table and a comfortable sofa. What increased the value of our stay was the pet therapy included in the price with the joyful presence of the dog Pepe.
