This farmhouse, built in 1948, is on a working, regenerative crop and cattle farm. It is near the dead end of a mile and a half dirt road. There are unobstructed views of the Bookcliff Mountain Range to the north and no other houses in sight. The house is surrounded with a spacious yard perfect for picnics and games. This is a very rural space only 10 minutes from downtown Fruita, and the 18 Rd. desert bike trails. Ask about having some farm raised grass finished beef to top off your stay!

A unique place with style! A lovingly restored roaring 20's house with many original features, honoring Chipeta "Queen of the Utes". It is family friendly and cozy but full of Native American art and artifacts. Enjoy the hot tub, fire pit and large patio. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the historic district of Grand Junction and within walking distance of the University and several parks. The space is not shared but we do have a traveling medical personal in the basement apartment.
