It's fully insulated and air-conditioned so you'll be super comfortable. Features Wifi, Smart TV, Netflix, option of King bed or 2 Long Singles in each room (on request), butler's pantry and verandah sunroom. Easy 2 hr drive from Sydney, 7 hrs from Melbourne, 1 hr to Canberra. Great stopover en route and base for exploring Goulburn, Bungonia NP and Wombeyan Caves.

Welcome to our studio situated on our farm in Collector. The space has a queen size bed and two single trundle beds. The studio is in a rural location and surrounded by beautiful views and farmland. Your bed-sitter sits above a sewing classroom which is accessed by a staircase. There is no WiFi or free to air TV, however there is a good selection of DVD's The bathroom is downstairs with a limited size hot water tank. Rainwater is precious. We are Pet friendly. Our lovely Kelpie dog is Gypy.

Hideaway in Wamboin. 15 minutes to Queanbeyan or Bungendore, close to wineries. Comfortable, private and separate studio unit (donga) with queen bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. Tea's and Coffees available. Stargazing on clear nights, peace and quiet. This is a small space that is not suitable for long term rental. Note: after numerous suggestions as to temperature control, I have now installed reverse cycle air conditioning. Nearest shops are in Queanbeyan (15mins away)

This unique studio has a style all its own. Si-Fonic Studio, a recording studio in the 1990s and early '00s, is now converted to a self contained unit in the garden behind a stately Federation home and has the charm of music from days gone by. The studio is situated in a quiet part of town close to amenities with a short walk to the city centre. There is off street parking and independent access to the accommodation. Continental breakfast is provided for the first day.
