Monika and family were great hosts. The apartment was perfectly placed to explore all the lovely places to eat and visit in Portsmouth. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and had all you could need to be comfortable. Monika and her family made the whole process very easy, they were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again :)

Fantastic stay for a long weekend with my wife! The location was perfect for exploring the town, and the exclusive development added a touch of luxury. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with a great view of the river from the balcony - The seating and table was very comfortable. The one-bedroom layout worked well for us, with spacious rooms and a hall. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. A big plus was the convenient car parking, just a stone's throw from the lift. One tip for future guests: make sure to pick up the garage key fob from the apartment before unloading your car! Overall, we were very comfortable here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Sam is a great host, really helpful and responsive. Sam’s place is super convenient for walking into town, local bus routes and main line train. Sams place is roomy, has everything you need and is very comfortable, I would highly recommend staying.

Home from home. Spotless, comfortable, everything we needed. Great touches like tea and coffee, condiments, the basic you need in a kitchen. Incredibly good communication throughout. We will book again when we come to the same event next year.

Ceri and Laura were truly fantastic hosts. They were super responsive. It is not usual to have hosts replying within 20 minutes but they really went above and beyond. Would stay with them again on the Island if we get another chance to come back.

Perfect place if you re looking for some peace and relaxed environment. Ideal for a family of 4. This cozy and detached property is just a mile drive to the Hayling Island beach/Funland with lot of rides for kids and just a 10 mins walk to Tesco express if needed for groceries. The hosts Simon and Carolyn are very nice. Very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would love to stay again. Highly recommended! Miss this place..

Had a lovely relaxing break here, the space was fantastic and the surroundings were peaceful and quiet. Excellent location - the village pub is a must visit!

We have just come home from our second stay at Wishing Well. As before, it’s spotlessly clean. An open airy lounge, diner and kitchen greet you on the first floor with lovely countryside views and on the ground floor you will find two beautiful en-suite bedrooms with very comfy beds. Brilliantly located with Appley beach just a five minute drive away. Isle of Wight distillery is just next door offering the delicious mermaid gin and a small but really good menu. Nicola and Penny are wonderful hosts and very proactive when answering messages nothing is too much trouble. We love returning here and are already booked in again for two weeks later in the year.

Beautiful home, well equipped with lots of space. Access to a quiet beach and Kate is an incredible host.

Roxanne really is a 5 star host. she made our stay easy and stress free. really felt like a home from home! the kids had so much to entertain them and it was completely kitted out with everything we needed. the caravan is lovely and comfortable. if we ever need somewhere to stay in Portsmouth we will definitely be choosing Roxanne!

This is a great place to stay. Marie and Stephen couldn’t be more helpful. Full access to the back garden was great and we had a relaxing time watching all the wildlife. The expansive room was exactly as shown in the photos and was very comfortable. Highly recommended as a place to stay.

Lovely place to stay for a fews days. Only issue we had which was nothing to do with place was all rhe speed bumps on the road before got there. Being in a low car was not the best. Place was lovely and views were great. Very clean and comfortable.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at David’s apartment. The whole place was beautifully presented and very clean. Whilst being attached to the back of the house, the apartment feels completely separate and tucked away with no noise but perfectly located right off of Union Street. We enjoyed spending time at the pub only a 20 second walk away as well as exploring the town and using Ryde as a base to travel other parts of the island. We didn’t have a car but the buses and trains made it easy to get around. Highly recommend for a short getaway, we were welcomed with milk in the fridge and some sweet treats. Thanks again to David and Marion, fantastic hosts and extremely accommodating!

Our 2nd time staying at one of Dans properties and we will definitely be back again. Seamless from start to end, the apartment was immaculate and had such a homely feel to the place. Perfectly located for transport link, covenience stores, takeaways and close to Gunwharf Quays shopping complex. Clear check in instructions and very wasy to find. Thanks again Dan! Robert's place was absolutely perfect for a weekend in southsea. The area of southsea its self is so lovely and probably the nicest location around. The place was perfect with a massive communal Open kitchen and a big front room, great for friends and families to hang out. The bedrooms were actually nicer than the pictures. The garden was great and they had lots of indoor and outdoor games which was good to entertain my niece. The front bedroom was a little loud with the road until about 10pm, but after that it was fine. The kitchen was well stocked with pans/ cutlery/ cleaning products etc. Perfect place to stay!

Fionas place was a wonderful find. Perfect for a couple, roomy and in a perfect location. On street, unrestricted parking. Will certainly be back.

John and Lynn's place was a great place to explore Isle of Wight. The place was very clean and very well furnished with nice goodies as extras! I was worried about the place being a basement unit but the windows let in a lot of sun with them being a bit half above ground. Thank you and highly recommend!

lovely stay in Sara's flat. short walk to the bus which took you into the beautiful village centre, where there were lots of lovely eateries. it is on street parking only, we were lucky and got a space each night close to the property. Would stay there again

That was lovely accommodation. I just was feeling like I was at home. The place was nice clean and comfortable. I highly recommend to any one who is looking nice and quiet accommodation in Southampton.

A lovely stay and perfect weather, accommodation as described and very quiet, clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and felt like home. Great for myself and Basil my dog being a short walk to the beach and shops. A couple of little hiccups with internet and TV but were sorted quickly by Emma, thank you. Thoughtful welcome package. Would be happy to stay again.
