first I love his neighbors who checked us in. Cinzia was amazing. She not only showed us our place but took our kids to show us her farm. she also makes her own olive oil and gifted us with some! Wonderful Italian neighbors!! I contacted Rocky in advance and he provided me with specific recommendations for where we should go during a long drive we took. we went where he suggested and was not disappointed! Amazing quiet location with great near by wineries. would 100% recommend to everyone!

We were very impressed with the location. The old fort is very authentic and a great location overlooking the harbour. Don’t have a a lot of luggage as the steps from the moat up to the accommodation level are steep. Also, a large car may struggle to get through the automated door. We loved the unusual location and were able to walk down to the harbour and all the splendid restaurants. Takes about 15 minutes !

A fantastic place to relax. We were looking for peace and quiet and got our money's worth. A beautiful house with sea views and sea access. We got quick help when we needed a screw that we had lost on a device.

my partner and I stayed 3 nights and we wish we stayed longer! The place was very clean and our hosts were very friendly, always greeted us with a smile and their lovely pets in the morning. The countryside around the house is also stunning. I highly recommend if you looking for something serene and cozy. you're 10mins away from a town to do groceries and pick up local amazing fried fish.

We had a truly amazing stay at Andrea’s home. We were welcomed by his parents with a home made cake, jam and wine from a local winery. When planning the trip with our parents and 12 month old, we wanted somewhere we could enjoy amenities of the home, but also be close enough to day trip to different locations in Tuscany. This was the perfect spot! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as day trips to Florence, Grosseto and Siena. Andrea provided amazing recommendations on local places to visit, as well as advising that taking the bus to Florence from Paganico. We couldn’t have asked for a better location and host for our extended family trip to Tuscany!

We loved staying in Montalcino at Lisa's place. Lisa was a fantastic host and responded quickly. She gave us her picks for restaurants, wine tastings, etc, which were excellent choices. The Airbnb was ideally situated right off the main square. It has a yard, which we enjoyed, and a very functional kitchen with everything we needed. The king-size bed was very comfortable and had high-quality linens. This is a hilltop city, so keep this in mind for anyone unable to walk up steeper inclines throughout the city. We enjoyed the exercise and the stunning views. We stayed for a week and I could have easily stayed longer as we got to know the restaurants, stores and the area. Montalcino is a charming place to spend your time. It was a good location from which to take day trips. There is so much to do in the general area. We highly recommend you stay here; it was the highlight of our trip, and we felt like we were in good hands. Thank you, Lisa!

We just checked out of this wonderful villa today, and it has truly been one of the most special places we’ve ever stayed. We arrived with my husband’s parents, my husband, and our toddler, and from the moment we got there, everything exceeded our expectations. Alex greeted us warmly, gave us a tour of the villa and the property, and provided detailed printed information about nearby restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, bakeries, and wine tours. The property also produces its own wine, which was available for purchase and could be conveniently delivered to our villa during our stay. Alex shared his contact number and made himself available in case we needed anything—which we really appreciated. One of the highlights of the property was the stunning infinity pool overlooking the vineyard and offering breathtaking views. It was the perfect setting to disconnect and truly live in the moment. The air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. Thank you Alex!

What can I say, staying at the bridge apartment with Fabrizio was a wonderful vacation: clean house, with a breathtaking view and a beautiful pool. Fabrizio is a very kind host. Francesco was super helpful, he picked us up at the port and took us back, and was no less flexible at check-out since we had the ship in the afternoon. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time at Alberto‘s and Laura‘s - it turned out that we didn’t do as many trips into the surroundings as planned because we just wanted to enjoy the beauty of the garden and the amazing views. It was the perfect ending of a fantastic vacation in Italy - I hope we will be back next year :) We received a fantastic welcome, home made bread, jam and pasta - and immediately felt like home. Grazie! One thing to mention is that the apartment is kind of thin-walled towards the second apartment - that didn’t bother us at all, but might be of interest for fellow travellers who are sensitive to noises. All in all, certainly one of the best accommodations we have stayed in!

We had an amazing week long stay!! Sabrina is a fantastic host! The apartment was SO clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast each morning was very yummy and fresh! We did the dinner one night and it was so amazing! Location is great too. Easy drive to many close by towns, grocery stores, and restaurants. The property is beautiful with lots of flowers. A little too cold for the pool during our stay but our kids loved the swing set and teeter totter. Absolutely recommend staying here!

Wonderful stay! Beautiful location, pristine accommodations. Pictures online do not do it justice. Nice walk into town to explore the towers and nearby restaurant. Good contrast to our time in Florence before and Amalfi coast after. Highly recommend. Hope to be back some day.

This place is truly a 10/10. I’ve stayed at dozens of BNBs over this year and I have to say that this is one of my absolute favorites. Every detail, from the decor to the cleanliness to the nature to the spaciousness, is phenomenal. I cannot recommend this place highly enough! One thing to keep in mind is that it’s nestled quite far into the mountains so whenever we went on day trips like to Pienza or Pitigliano, it was always around an hour drive or more.

A beautiful place in stunning nature. Perfect for people who love nature and tranquility. Narrow paths, but quite easy to reach by car. Walking to S. Stefano about 4 km is no problem - some fitness required. Lovingly designed accommodation, absolutely clean. Everything you need is there. On our arrival, there was even a bouquet of flowers on the terrace table! We experienced absolutely relaxing and unforgettable days and could well imagine coming back again.

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. Good location close to the city. Convenient parking and public charging for EVs nearby. Also close to several beaches to explore by car or bike.

Top location with the most beautiful sea view from Monte Argentario, best to eat at home and enjoy the view. 15-20 min drive to St. Stefano 30 min to Ercole direct route via sandy road of 3.5 km not recommended. No direct beach access to cala Olivia, beaches cala del Morte and Canelle (beach bar restaurant there during the week highly recommended scampi in spicy tomato sauce and polpo) nearby 5-8 min by car 5-star accommodation for 2 people with a dog. Allessandra always helps and gives good tips. Hikes very nice see Komoot take a lot of water...

I cannot say enough about our trip to Martino’s villa. What a lovely villa in the cute town of San Casciano dei Bagni. We had a great family vacation, enjoying some of the smaller towns and a visit to Montepulciano . We enjoyed Eleanor’s cooking for us two nights- what an amazing chef! Martino was very responsive and helpful when we needed something. I hope we can return one day!

What a lovely property and host! Andrea was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a tour of the home and answered any questions we had before leaving us to enjoy the wonderful property. He even sent us restaurant recommendations which turned out to be amazing. The property itself is picturesque and almost felt unreal. My family was in awe and couldn’t stop mentioning how it was the nicest part of our trip (which we stayed in multiple places throughout). It was impeccably clean without a single speck of dust present. The furnishings were all perfectly picked and each added charm to the home. The rooms were cozy and all had wonderful views. We almost didn’t even notice the weather was gloomy the few days we were there because of how much we enjoyed the home itself. I can only imagine when it’s sunny and warm! Thank you for everything Andrea. We definitely plan to come back!

The house is beautiful and very big. It is located just outside of Buonconvento and offers complete privacy. A car is an advantage. The rooms are spacious, there are mosquito nets above all beds and enough bathrooms and toilets for everyone. In general, the house is very well equipped, both in the kitchen and otherwise. The pool is slightly elevated, beautiful, large, with natural shade all around and offers a magnificent view on the surrounding countryside. In the huge garden you can eat, linger, play... There is even a small basketball court. But beware: right next door there are wild blackberries and the ball can be lost :) In Buonconvento there is a coop, a fine gelateria and a good coffee with the famous and fine products of Le Dolcezze di Nanni. For a good pizza, the drive to the Mulinum restaurant is worth it a little outside, they have their own mill and process their own grain. We highly recommend the house.

Michale’s place surpassed all expectations. We were throughly impressed with the location the suite and the location to all amenities, I would highly recommend to stay here
