We stayed in this property, chosen a bit randomly among many, and I must say that never was a better choice. Roberta immediately proved to be helpful, friendly, and with her demeanor, she made us feel immediately at ease. The apartment is really nice, spacious, bright, brand new and fantastically maintained, the sea is really a few steps away with an immense and very well maintained beach, the town offers the essentials but in the surroundings there is a lot to do and see. A mini vacation that will remain in our hearts, as well as Roberta, 🥰 with whom we are sure we will hear from soon to organize a longer vacation. So I recommend everyone to try the location in order to get to know the place... You won't regret it, but above all, Roberta...

Apartment 100% as described. We were pleasantly surprised: the apartment is definitely spacious, fresh and equipped with every comfort. The furniture is very modern. Impeccably clean. The location is strategic: in less than a minute on foot you can find yourself in the main street of the center of Castiglione with numerous shops and restaurants (a tip: always book for time because you risk staying without dinner! We were in Castiglione in the week of August and without booking it was difficult to find a place even late in the evening). In a few minutes by foot you can find yourself on the waterfront where there are many beach establishments but also numerous free beaches. Right outside the apartment, the supermarket is very comfortable! Niccolò and Daniela were always kind and super helpful: we especially thank Daniela for all the tips she gave us!!!! Not recommended!

Laura’s apartment is very cozy and well equipped, you can feel it is a family home. I enjoyed a lot staying there for 2 weeks, it is spacious, and close enough to walk everywhere , yet more secluded in a quieter area, with peace and silence.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Consuelo's Airbnb apartment near the sea in Castiglione de la Pescaia, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Consuelo is an outstanding host—both incredibly helpful and remarkably responsive. Our stay here with Eleonora was absolutely amazing! We are on a 2 week trip in Europe, and this by far was our favorite place to stay so far! Daniela and her son were there to help us check in. They were super friendly and helpful, as well as kind a caring. I cannot speak highly enough about this stay. AMAZING!

The location of the house is perfect, close to all amenities, downtown and the beach. The house is commented on its own by looking at the photos. In fact, we found an apartment with a number of tools, spaces, decor that I doubt is reachable elsewhere. Downsides: None.

We had a great stay! The apartment is great: clean, well-equipped, very comfortable. And above all, a short walk to the beach, it's perfect for enjoying it stress-free. Check-in worked out excellently. Host couple very nice and uncomplicated. The house was very clean. The location is fantastic. To the front the sea and behind the house a pine forest, playground. Bakery, vegetable shop, cafe and shopping center within walking distance (5 minutes on foot). I recommend this house with a clear conscience.

everything is great. I suggest placing a few extra lights in front of the curtains to eat when it's dark.

Antonella was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. She manages the property for Lucio, who meets with you for check-in. Both were easy to communicate with but Lucio does not speak English.

Alessio's house is a wonderful hideaway close to the sea. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings, well worth the very rocky road to get there. We didn't meet Alessio but he was always connected and super responsive

A beautiful little house with a fantastic view of the sea. Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are small but nicely furnished and you have everything you need. The terrace is very large with plenty of seating and beautiful tables. From there you have a wonderful view of the sea. The area consists of a few other vacation homes and is very quiet. There is a swimming pool that you can use and at the end of a long staircase an access to the sea (no beach but rocky but still great for swimming). Around the cottage is a small garden and many beautiful trees. Giovanni's father Eduardo welcomed us, showed us everything and was very friendly. If we had a question, we got an answer quickly. For shopping, you drive about 10-15 minutes by car to the next town. In summary: a very nice quiet place with perfect views with friendly people. We will be happy to come back.

Excellent location offering a mix of country side and seaside experience. Beautiful surroundings and easy drive in and out for the many nearby activities.

The villa, shared with other apartments, is in a beautiful place: I think one of the best views of the Argentario. The home matches expectations and images. It is good for couples or families with children (parties or lively evenings would be incompatible with the tranquility and coexistence rules of the building). It has a very effective air conditioning system in the rooms (and this August was very useful). Access to the sea is quite easy and allows you to snorkel nearby or even, swimming a little, to swim to the equipped beach of Pozzarello (the best beaches are Tuscany Bay and Il Tramonto alla Giannella - 15 min by car, or La Zonca alla Feniglia - 20 min by car, or La Dogana or L'Ultima Beach in Capalbio - 40 min by car). Massimiliana is very proactive and precise and maintains the well-being of guests. In general, a beautiful and relaxing vacation.

The perfect house! Why? Beauty of nature and landscape, strategic location, privacy, external and internal services, cleanliness, kitchen equipment (including barbecue), availability, kindness of Annamaria and Marcello. Everything exceeded expectations and was better than the photos. The house is so cozy that you could stay there for days without leaving. We are golfers and enjoyed the proximity to Argentario golf. We also took advantage of Annamaria's valuable tips regarding beaches, restaurants and boat rides with Paolo, a lovable sailor with whom we saw otherwise unreachable beaches and took unforgettable baths on the high seas. In short, 10 wonderful days, a holiday of absolute relaxation surrounded by the beauty of nature. Don't miss out on this opportunity.

We spent a few days in Debora and Dario's apartment. They were very helpful and met us halfway with both the check-in and check-out times! The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the beach, so it's great if you're traveling with small children and you need to go back and forth to avoid the hottest hours and break up the day! The terrace is also appreciated, always ventilated and perfect for an outdoor dinner!

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment in the back, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, equipped with a new kitchen and everything you need according to the description. The location and parking are also very convenient, allowing you to discover the region easily. We really enjoyed the very pleasant terrace for eating and relaxing outside, and the large and beautiful garden with direct beach access in front of the house. The house is located in a quiet and peaceful area The private road to the sea is an impeccable shortcut! Paola and her family are very discreet, polite and friendly people, they immediately make you feel comfortable and at home. The accommodation has a breathtaking view and unique privacy, everything is well maintained,clean and modern and is located a few minutes from Porto Santo Stefano and comfortable if you want to move to the Argentario and Orbetello. 5 stars Stra deserved !

Excellent hosting, superb apartment with incredible views that you don't get tired of. Quiet and convenient. Huge sandy beach 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car. Ideal location for visiting the surroundings (archaeological site, term, etc.). We can only recommend this rental and the host's welcome. We'll definitely be back. Michel

If you’re looking for an experience on the sea, this is your place. Incredible to have access to a historic property as such, with sweeping views from around the property of the seaside. Walking distance to a great bar, the town of Porto Ercole, and a couple amazing beaches with full lounge service. The place has true character from a historical context if you’re interested in that type of thing. Thanks for sharing your great property.
