Marco’s place is in the heart of Montichiello village, perched atop a hill with beautiful views. We stayed one night during our biking trip from Siena and wished we could have stayed longer! Marco is a kind and thoughtful host. The apartment is clean, stylish, and comfortable, with spotless bathrooms and a great shower. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a cozy table for meals. Air conditioning and a ceiling fan keep the space cool in summer. The apartment is on the first floor, reached by stairs lined with flower pots, and features a charming bookshelf at the entrance. On the ground floor, there’s a storage room where we safely stored our bikes alongside Marco’s. It also has a washing machine and dryer available. A local grocery store is just 300 meters away. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay in this lovely village!

Ein Traumhafter Ort zum Ausspannen. Wir suchten Ruhe und Erholung und kamen voll auf unsere Kosten. Ein schönes Haus mit Meerblick und Meeranstoss. Wir bekamen rasche Hilfestellung als wir eine Schraube benötigten, die wir an einem Gerät von uns verloren hatten.

Appartamento indipendente, molto pulito, spazioso, fornito di tutti i servizi e con una grande terrazza in cui fare colazione, prendere il sole e ammirare il panorama. Immerso nei campi, il luogo è silenzioso e calmo, un ottimo rifugio per visitare i dintorni bellissimi. Host molto molto gentili e disponibili, pieni di premura e consigli. Indirizzo super-consigliato!!

We loved our time at Luca's place. We visited Tuscany with our college aged kids. Luca's house was comfortable and welcoming. We went out for a few meals, but also enjoyed preparing foods in the wonderful kitchen. We ate dinners together and played board games on the spacious kitchen table. It was homey. We called it "cucina magica" because all of the foods we cooked came out so perfectly. This is a wonderful home in a lovely setting with hiking trails from the backyard. We spent several mornings at the nearby hot springs. What a treat! Luca was communicative and helpful with all of our questions.

Lovely house in a beautiful area. Pool was used a lot as the weather was hot. Andrea was very responsive and helped out with some great local suggestions. We had a very enjoyable time and had everything we needed. Slept so well, beds were super comfortable!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lisa’s Montalcino Townhouse!! She met us upon arrival and gave great recommendations for wineries and restaurants. Attention to details in the home made it perfect and relaxing! Loved the back yard/patio in the evenings especially. She left us 2 bottles of wine, breakfast items, a basket of EU chargers and cords, and robes for the hot tub! It felt like home away from home and we hope to have a return visit! Thanks for thinking of everything we could need for our comfort and stay!

Wir haben unsere Zeit hier sehr genossen! die Unterkunft gehört zu einem Weingut dessen Besichtigung auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen ist. Auf dem gesamten Areal wird viel Wert auf Ambiente und Kunst gelegt. Alles ist super sauber und sehr ruhig. Die Bilder können nicht zeigen wie schön es in Wirklichkeit hier ist. Wir haben auf jeden Fall vor wieder her zu kommen.

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. We just checked out of this wonderful villa today, and it has truly been one of the most special places we’ve ever stayed. We arrived with my husband’s parents, my husband, and our toddler, and from the moment we got there, everything exceeded our expectations. Alex greeted us warmly, gave us a tour of the villa and the property, and provided detailed printed information about nearby restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, bakeries, and wine tours. The property also produces its own wine, which was available for purchase and could be conveniently delivered to our villa during our stay. Alex shared his contact number and made himself available in case we needed anything—which we really appreciated. One of the highlights of the property was the stunning infinity pool overlooking the vineyard and offering breathtaking views. It was the perfect setting to disconnect and truly live in the moment. The air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. Thank you Alex!

Che dire soggiornare all’appartamento ponte di comando da Fabrizio e’ stata una vacanza meravigliosa: casa pulita, con una vista mozzafiato e una bellissima piscina. Fabrizio è un host gentilissimo. Francesco e’ stato super disponibile ci è venuto a prendere al porto e ci ha riaccompagnato e non da meno flessibile nel check out dato che avevamo la nave ne pomeriggio. Siamo stati benissimo e sicuramente ritorneremo.

We had a wonderful time at Alberto‘s and Laura‘s - it turned out that we didn’t do as many trips into the surroundings as planned because we just wanted to enjoy the beauty of the garden and the amazing views. It was the perfect ending of a fantastic vacation in Italy - I hope we will be back next year :) We received a fantastic welcome, home made bread, jam and pasta - and immediately felt like home. Grazie! One thing to mention is that the apartment is kind of thin-walled towards the second apartment - that didn’t bother us at all, but might be of interest for fellow travellers who are sensitive to noises. All in all, certainly one of the best accommodations we have stayed in!

I cannot say enough about our trip to Martino’s villa. What a lovely villa in the cute town of San Casciano dei Bagni. We had a great family vacation, enjoying some of the smaller towns and a visit to Montepulciano . We enjoyed Eleanor’s cooking for us two nights- what an amazing chef! Martino was very responsive and helpful when we needed something. I hope we can return one day!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nach kleinen Problemen bei der Anreise, war Paolos Tipp, bei den öffentlichen Müllcontainern die Seitenstraße hinaufzufahren sehr hilfreich. Google Maps führte uns zuerst aufs freie Feld hinaus. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft ein toller Ausgangspunkt für diverse Exkursionen.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in Sabrinas Unterkunft in der Nähe von Pienza. Sabrina war stets erreichbar und extrem freundlich & proaktiv. Die Räumlichkeiten waren tiptop sauber. Das Frühstück wurde stets frisch zubereitet. Der Garten und die Aussicht waren atemberaubend. Alles in allem haben wir die Zeit extrem genossen. Zwei kleinere Bemerkungen: - Die Preise für den Kochkurs empfanden wir doch noch ein bisschen mit 100 Euro p.P. im teuren Segment (100 Euro p.P.) - das war uns leider nicht im Vorhinein bewusst, evtl. wäre es gut ein bisschen mehr Transparenz zu gewährleisten. - Es gab an zwei Tagen komplette Wasserausfälle für viele Stunden - an sich nicht schlimm, aber sollte hoffentlich nicht die Norm sein.

Family of 5 here, 3 small kids. A wonderful stay! We toured surrounding villages in the morning and came back to the pool to beat the heat in the afternoon. The private cooking class with Valentina was the absolute highlight of the trip!

Dieser Ort ist perfekt zum Seele baumeln lassen, diese Aussicht einfach nur herrlich. Sehr hundefreundlich und mitten in der Natur. ☺️Whirlpool zum Sonnenuntergang einfach wunderschön. Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, die einen Rundumblick auf das Meer ermöglicht. Wunderbare Sonnenauf-untergänge, ruhig - wir konnten sogar den Wiedehopf beobachten und im Garten die reifen Aprikosen und Pflaumen naschen. Francesco ist ein äußerst zuvorkommender Gastgeber und hat sich viel Mühe gegeben und immer wieder nachgefragt, ob alles passt. Im Haus hat es alles, was man benötigt, die Küche super eingerichtet und das eigene Olivenöl ist sehr fein. Die Anfahrt ist auch mit einem größeren Auto - wir haben einen Citroen Berlingo - möglich.

Maria Luisa è un host eccezionale. Ogni dettaglio è stato curato in maniera eccellente. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Le biciclette sono state il top della vacanza. Ci hanno permesso di vivere porto santo Stefano in modo totale. Speriamo di tornare presto.

perfetto. come da annuncio e foto. comodissimo alla spiaggia Le Cannelle (l appartamento ha l uscita sulla spiaggia). Nota: non c'è un parcheggio auto riservato, ma nel periodo in cui siamo stati noi (1a di Giugno) il parcheggio della spiaggia era sempre disponibile. Michelangelo ed Eleonora super disponibili per tutto. Consigliatissimo

Good location close to the city. Convenient parking and public charging for EVs nearby. Also close to several beaches to explore by car or bike.

La casa si trova in una ottima posizione, molto tranquilla ma anche vicinissima al centro di Porto Santo Stefano, pulizia impeccabile. Fabiana e suo marito Mauro sono stati perfetti, reattivi nel rispondere alle nostre richieste senza mai farci mancare niente (con un atteggiamento molto gentile e premuroso). ci tengo a sottolineare l'impegno che ci hanno messo per farci sentire come a casa e ad accomodare ogni tipo di richiesta, sicuramente super consigliato per chiunque volesse trascorrere una vacanza a Porto Santo Stefano

Top Lage mit schönsten Meerblick von Monte Argentario, am besten zu Hause essen und Ausblick genießen . 15-20 min Fahrzeit nach St. Stefano 30 min nach Ercole direkter Weg über Sandstrasse von 3,5 km nicht zu empfehlen. Kein Direkter Strandzugang zur cala Olivia, Strände cala del Morte und Canelle (Strandbar Restaurant dort unter der Woche sehr zu empfehlen Scampi in scharfer Tomatensauce und polpo) in der Nähe 5-8 min mit Auto Unterkunft 5 Sterne für 2 Personen mit Hund . Allessandra hilft immer und gibt gute Tipps . Wanderungen sehr schöne siehe Komoot viel Wasser mitnehmen…

An adorable beach house! Stayed there with 6 of us which was comfortable with the large balcony. A walk to the beach and a short drive into the beautiful Porto Ercole which is where we had dinner most nights. Thanks for having us to stay.
