Villa vacation rentals in Genoa

The apartment is more beautiful than the pictures show. The 2 bedrooms are on either side of the large living room/dining room with it's balcony. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are both modern and fully equipped. The villa sits about 2 flights of stairs above an occasionally busy street, so this is not a place for people with mobility issues. Light sleepers may be bothered by street noise, so bring ear plugs if this is an issue for you, but don't pass up this gem because of that. We loved staying in Levanto and this beautiful apartment and welcoming hostess were highlights of our trip to the Cinque Terre.

We (5 adults, 1 dog) stayed at Marcela and Niels' beautiful countryhouse over New Year's and it was absolutely as described: very peaceful with beautiful surroundings and views over the Piedmontese valley. We arrived to a welcome basket of local delicacies and a brochure with recommendations of things to do, see and where to eat. The house was tastefully decorated, paying attention to small details (candles, scented hand soap, high-quality linens, blankets to sit outside), a cosy living area and fireplace to sit around in the evenings, large fridge/freezer and even super fast wifi. There was even a game/bar room. It was a little too cold to play ping pong though, but that would be for the next visit! Also, because of the spacious garden our dog could roam and run around freely without us having to worry and keep him on leash. Niels was always super responsive if we had questions. We can warmly recommend staying with Marcella and Niels and I am sure that we will be back! Thank you!

Great place to stay on the coast…If you do a little walking exploring and head down hill towards the Zoagli train station there are stairs down to a fantastic walkway right on the water that takes you to the beach and to the Zoagli piazza with restaurants and other shops…The views from the house are fantastic and it’s a quiet and less busy location, yet still close to Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino…Outdoor areas are fantastic and your looking right across the sea at Portofino. Definitely worth it. Some stairs, but no problem unless you have issues that prevent you from climbing a stairway.

I would like to warmly thank the hosts for their hospitality and availability. Andrea received me with great calm and kindness, despite my late arrival due to traffic jams. The house is superb: spacious, peaceful, with a large terrace with great views. The bedrooms are spacious, as are the kitchen, perfectly suited for a comfortable stay. Honestly, I give a 10/10. Would definitely stay again. Thanks again to Andrea for her welcome, as well as to all the hosts who helped make this stay so enjoyable. Grazie mille!!

Our family of four had an incredible stay at Franco & Paola's beautiful home. We fell in love with the house, the nature surrounding it, the ocean, even the town of Varraze itself. The house had everything we could've wanted or needed, perfectly appointed with a view that i'm still dreaming of two weeks later. Franco & Paola were amazing hosts and left impeccable local recommendations. If you are fortunate enough to book time here my only suggestion is don't make too many plans as you, like us, might have to abandon them as you'd rather not go anywhere else. Absolute highest recommendation - thank you Franco & Paola for sharing your home with us.

Super friendly hosts, easy check-in Perfect for our group of 5 on a MTB holiday. Secure apartment with locked gates and a locked garage available to rent to store bikes. Very close to Finalborgo with cafes and restaurants, bike shops/hire and shuttles Huge patio with lovely garden and large table to hang out on a warm summer evening together

This place is actually magical. It was super comfortable, with everything you could need and aesthetically beautiful. Our kids had such a lovely time roaming the big house and gardens.

The villa near Castel Boglione has been beautifully renovated and modernised. The large kitchen invites you to cook with the whole family and you can enjoy your meal on the terrace with a marvellous panorama. The pool is always a pleasant refreshment for the kids! The two master bedrooms with separate bathrooms are located on the first floor. Additional spacious bedrooms are located on the top floor. The area is away from the main tourist routes and offers plenty of peace and quiet! If you want to enjoy some wine, you can take a walk to the nearby vineyard. The hotspots of Alba, Asti, Barolo etc. are only a short drive away (approx. 1 hour). We really enjoyed our holiday and can highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Paolo's place. The place was very clean. The garden was wonderfully maintained and the neighbors were also very friendly. The pool was clean and the location very idyllic and perfect for hiking. The journey is a bit curvy but feasible. We often grilled and enjoyed the wonderful view. Paolo was always helpful and the check-in and out also worked smoothly. We highly recommend Paolo's house!

Our stay at this property was wonderful! The beautiful view of the sea and the immersive natural surroundings made it a perfect getaway. The house offered near complete privacy, and our kids loved the pool. The location is excellent, with great proximity to Rapallo, Santa Margarita, and Portofino. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time at Salvatore's house. The house was exactly as described, clean, tidy, large rooms and also had cool extras, such as a pool table and a foosball table. We especially liked the large terrace with a great view of the sea. 🏖️ The location is perfect, you are on the mountain with a unique view, but you can walk to the city in 15 minutes, where there are delicious restaurants and great beaches. Salvatore provided us with an information sheet recommending local restaurants, beaches and attractions. In addition, Salvatore was incredibly friendly and helpful - communication was quick and straightforward, and he was always available to us immediately for questions. We would definitely come back and can recommend this place to anyone! Thank you Salvatore, for the time we were able to spend with you!

I'm not usually one to give a rave review but, if you're looking for a private retreat surrounded by natural beauty so you can focus on time with your family and/or friends while still having easy access to the local towns, this place is perfection. It marries old world charm with modern amenities seamlessly. We are already thinking about our next trip back so we can stay here again!

Eliana was fantastic. She assisted us with a personal emergency that occurred during our visit. She was compassionate, helpful, quick to reply to every need. Our home was beautiful, comfortable, and easily accessible for the train, bus and ferry. It was close to lots of great restaurants and shopping, including local small food markets. In addition, the location in Santa Margherita is perfect for quick hops to various nearby ports of Cinqué Terra, Portofino, Camogli, Rapallo, etc., but it is not as crowded as the more popular areas and yet it is equally beautiful. We loved it.

Large elevated villa with two terraces with beautiful views overlooking Lavagna and the sea. Very nice, clean, tastefully decorated. Barbecues and garden tables enjoyed. Parking in a plot below. We wish we could have put the car in the inner square yet available. A few bowls/dishes are lacking in dishes.

We had a great weekend in the house. The view of the sea and the bay of Levanto is amazing. All this in a very quiet place. In short, a great place to enjoy la dolce vita.

Nice place to stay. Two apartments in one villa and rather ringing (small children in the other half of the villa). Nice seating and pool.

Stefania is a very nice and caring hostess, we were warmly welcomed by her and her husband and the special features of the accommodation were explained to us. The house is very nice and well equipped - we didn't miss anything and felt very comfortable. Absolutely recommended!

Awesome house with a great garden and a great pool. Even if the approach is a rocky forest path, it is worth it. The house is large and has everything about large pots etc. for a great stay of up to 10 persons. Donata and Alfredo live in the house even in winter, so everything is just there! You don't have to leave the house to have a good vacation! Also, few neighbors are nearby that might bother you. But you are also within 20 minutes at a large supermarket or in 10 minutes at a small shop in the village of Mornese. Donata and alfredo are super nice and accommodating hosts. I absolutely recommend the house for holidays with family or as a group of friends , great ! Thanks @ Donata and Alfredo !!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Incredible views of the water and bay! The house has a genuine charm and plenty of space and privacy. The kids loved the pool! Elisabetta is a remarkable host with a wealth of knowledge about the area! Super responsive and a great communicator. The house is fully equipped with all you need throughout your stay. We all loved the “L'Antico Frantoio”.

The house had a very warm and welcoming aura. The garden was clean and big enough for all of us to enjoy the outdoors. The host was kind and helpful. Every morning we would wake up with fresh pie, focaccia and jams.

We had a great time. Everything was as described and visible in the photos, especially the outdoor area was great. Martina was always available and also supported us in organizing activities in the area.

Magic place with special nice hosts. The house is full of beautifully curated objects, art and furniture. If you are searching for peace, nature and beauty, this will be your place.
