Condo vacation rentals in Genoa

First of all, I would like to thank Giulia and her husband for the wonderful welcome and the help they gave us to be able to leave our car safely in a free parking lot. In addition to this kindness, they left us coffee and cookies and other small groceries in case we needed them. Giulia's apartment is very clean and very well located in the historic center of Genoa which is very convenient to walk to all the cultural sites. It's also a very lively neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Giulia leaves a lot of recommendations for activities and restaurants that are very close to her apartment. I highly recommend you try it. In the end, I would 100% recommend this apartment.

this was a gorgeous Airbnb, looked like an hotel (super fancy! ) and the HUGE balcony offered a breathtaking view of the city! I 100% recommend it, and I will definitely be back!

A great place from which to explore Genova. Or to sit on the terrace and do nothing if that’s what you want. Laura is an excellent host with lots of helpful suggestions. We’ll be back!

This was great! Clean apt, elevator building, a/c, washer in unit. It’s very close to the train, and a very short walk to food and shopa!

We loved it, the apartment is spacious and like in the pictures, the girl who did the checkin was very sweet and helpful!

Stefano is an ideal host, very friendly and welcoming. He also provided us with some very good recommendations and good recommendations for our stay in Genoa. The apartment is very nice with atypical decoration, like a museum. The bedding was also very comfortable. At first glance the street seems a little "hostile" but we had no problems except a little noise the first evening. Be careful, however, there are many steps to climb to access the apartment. Finally, I highly recommend Stefano's place.

Silvia is a wonderful host and personally greeted us upon arrival. Communication was excellent and information about the apartment and appliances was thorough and easy to understand. A booklet with great recommendations is provided along with info about various tours, etc. The apartment is truly stunning and blends historic details with contemporary furnishings in a very sophisticated way. The five large "porte-fenêtre" create an indoor/outdoor feeling. The location is on an important and characteristic narrow street in the historic center of wonderful Genoa. Everything you need is within walking distance. You’ll experience the sights and sounds of daily life in the city. Silvia has thought of and provided everything you will need for a first class stay: excellent wifi/thorough appliance instructions/well appointed kitchen/Nespresso/comfortable bed/nice linens/large TV/keyless entry/art books about Genoa/welcome bottles of water and snacks. Central apartment very close to the Cathedral, very quiet and cozy. The only problem if you are tall is the bed on the mezzanine... but once you "take the measurements" no problem. Self check-in always leaves us a little sad. There is no one to welcome you and provide you with useful tips for your stay... We found neither maps of the city nor other information... So we left a copy of our paper guide for the next Italian guests. Elle allowed us to anticipate our entry by a couple of hours compared to 3:00 p.m. Be careful not to turn off the refrigerator... the switch is together with all the others!

It’s been our third stay in the casina blu. We love it so much and it never disappoints. It’s like coming home in the holidays. Silvia is very kind and caring. The apartment is peaceful and quiet, with amazing views of the sea and of nature.If we could give more stars we would.

We had a fantastic stay at this very special apartment in Genoa. We were three friends traveling together, and the apartment was incredibly spacious and full of character. It has a unique artistic charm – not your standard holiday flat, but something with real soul. The apartment was clean and in great condition, with the kind of patina you’d expect from a historic building – full of atmosphere, yet with everything perfectly functional. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were all well-equipped, and the terrace was an absolute highlight: stunning views over the port and a perfect spot to unwind. Communication was flawless and proactive from start to finish. The location is excellent – close to everything you might need, yet peaceful. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates a unique place with personality. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great stay at Gian Luca's! The apartment is impeccable and perfectly located for visiting the city. Hosts are very responsive and attentive to guests! In the streets around the apartment, there are a lot of prostitutes. It didn't bother or worry us, but it's a parameter to consider. Thanks again to the two hosts

We had a lovely stay at Giuseppe and Valeria's. Very nice accommodation with its large terrace in the heart of old Genoa. The kitchen is very functional and well equipped . Giuseppe is very available to advise vacationers and in the event of any problems. Really perfect. We'll be happy to go back. 😍

Bruno is an absolute legend! So responsive to our messages and really helpful. It was lovely to be greeted and shown around the apartment. The apartment is in a great location - the steps are worth it for the lovely view and serenity. Highly recommend!

Nice and very bright apartment with a very nice view. We had a pleasant stay and Sabrina spoiled us with her kindness and lots of good things for our breakfast. The plus is surely the parking space, very useful in Genoa! Sabrina is extremely responsive and attentive to our requests. I recommend it without hesitating and we'll be happy to come back.

The accommodation is very clean, the pool is beautiful, be careful to have good legs to go down to town, not many buses and paid parking if you go down by car

We loved our stay in Santa Margherita! Cosimo’s place was clean, spacious and quiet. It’s walkable without big luggage (5 minutes from the station, but up steep stairs!). We stayed with our 6 month baby and walked to the main city centre multiple times. Thank you for your lovely home- we would recommend this place to anyone travelling to the area!

Tamara was a great host. She welcomed us very friendly and gave lot of recommendations about the area. Even when our dog got sick she was very helpful and supportive. The Appartement was great, very comfy and clean. The balcony was perfect for breakfast and dinner. Would definetely recommend to go there.

Fabrizio and his wife welcomed us warmly, they were very available and discreet. The brand new apartment with a terrace is impeccably clean, and nothing is missing. The view is very soothing in the wooded and flowery countryside, and the pool is very beautiful and clean. Plus, their wine is very good, We recommend it!!

An unforgettable stay in Genoa! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The accommodation is even more beautiful than in the photos: tastefully decorated, clean, warm and very well-equipped. Every detail has been carefully crafted. The rooftop with jacuzzi is a real gem, offering a beautiful view and an incomparable moment of relaxation – a real plus that makes the experience unique. We had a great time at the place! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the pictures. The location was great. It's quiet, yet central. Divide & Laura we superb hosts. They responded promptly to all messages and requests. Laura was really friendly, she met us at the property and explained everything. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, whilst its small they have used the space in a really clever way and there is everything you need, The pool looked lovely but we didn’t use it, The views are fantastic and once you have parked your car everything is in walking distance, we loved our stay and will be back.
