Two very well-maintained bathrooms with sufficient hand and bath towels, a great kitchen and not to forget the order and cleanliness throughout the apartment. Two parking spaces right next to the apartment. A beautiful outdoor area with a hot tub - just right for relaxing and chilling after a long sightseeing tour. Also, the check-in was absolutely no problem according to Nadija's description. To welcome us, Nadija had put ice-cold drinks in the fridge. A very, very nice attention that we greatly appreciated. We can only recommend Nadija as a host ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were from in Aug. /Sept. 14 days at Melani's. The place has everything you need. Only salt, pepper, oil were missing. Beautifully located as a starting point. The fridge with ice cube dispenser was our salvation with the temperatures. There is an extra fridge. The apartment is lovingly furnished. There is air conditioning in the living-dining room. It also cools the kitchen and a piece of hallway. In the bedrooms, however, it is very warm, but you know that when you go to Croatia in August. The beds are clean and comfortable. Small note: in the kitchen you could add egg cups and cereal / salad bowls. The rustic, quaint wooden bench is also huge for eating for six people. However, after ten days, I didn't want to sit on it anymore, because my butt hurt quite a bit. I'd prefer a normal garden set. But the place with a nice pool and garden is clearly recommended. We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! A beautiful house to feel good. There were three of us here for 10 days plus our two dogs. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be. A small, rustic village with wonderful bays, which are not crowded in the low season. The supermarket is within walking distance and covers daily needs, larger shopping facilities are in Pula. The house is super cozy and you have your privacy. Tihan and Ivan are great hosts and even before arrival, the contact was very good. We highly recommend this house and we will definitely visit this wonderful place again.

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

Our week-long stay in Danijel and Tina's house was fantastically beautiful. The two have furnished the accommodation with so much attention to detail, super practical and with everything you need. Our absolute highlights were: A lovingly prepared floor bed for our two-year-old daughter, toys for her, the large garden, where you could always find a shady or sunny spot somewhere, fly screens on every window, the grill plate and the extra refrigerator in the extension right next to the terrace. Thank you Tina and Danijel for your hospitality! We will be back!

As a family of five, we spent 14 days in the beautiful Villa Sentona. The house is beautifully furnished, with great taste and many useful details. It is bigger than it looks in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. The garden has grown in the meantime and offers not only privacy but also a relaxing ambience. The pool was amazing and was cleaned several times a week. Everything was perfect, we absolute reccomend Villa Sentona and Boris, he is a very nice host.

The apartment was located in a quiet area. Tanja and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. The amenities were excellent, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

The apartment was very clean and easily accessible by car. The sea was a 10-15 minute walk and offers a pebble beach. At this time of year, many restaurants are already closed, but there are also significantly fewer tourists. You can reach Paula by car in a few minutes and a small supermarket is right next to the apartment. The local beach is not necessarily suitable for snorkeling activities. For this, you should visit nearby bays, such as “The Columbian Grotto Beach” or “Prostina” by car. These can be reached in minutes. The area around the property is heavily geared towards tourism and therefore offers numerous leisure activities, but hardly any local venues. Overall, I highly recommend it for 4 people looking for a well-equipped apartment with plenty of space in Croatia and not wanting to spend too much money.

The apartment is spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything you need. It’s just a few minutes from the city center. Ivan is a great host and responds to messages immediately. 10/10 – highly recommended!

Very clean and comfortable apartment. On foot it is only 10 min away from Fazana beach and center. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen. Quiet and relaxing. Recommended!

Super apartment, clean and spacious. Kitchen with all the things you need and with plenty of dishes. Comfortable beds, large smartTV and spacious balcony and private parking. You can park your car without any problem. Very quiet neighborhood. Local bakery a few steps from the house, and Lidl and Plodine from 500 m. The beach is best approached by car - 5 - 10 minutes, but this is a plus, because the parking lots are spacious and free - much better than walking. Contact with the host excellent. On the plus side, the possibility to check in and check out with the help of a lockbox. A nice touch was the small treats in the refrigerator on arrival and the exchange of towels during the 10-day stay. I heartily recommend and if I am ever in Pula, I will definitely come back here!

5 stars across the board! Dubravka welcomed us with a drink, and helpful information on the area. We were walking distance from good restaurants, old town, and beaches. We'll miss Rovinj very much.
