The newly built Baskarad House is located in the village of Valbandon, near Pula, in the heart of Istria . The house surrounds a 5000 m² large and fenced property and is ideal for families with children , groups or animal lovers. The shopping, banks, post office, restaurants, swimming beach etc. can be found in the nearby and very popular fishing village, Fažana, (about 5 minutes by car). You can reach the nearest supermarket in 15 minutes on foot and the sea in 25 minutes on foot.

Villa Marina is a spacious object of 300 m2 living space and can comfortably accommodate 12 people. It is recognizable by beautiful and heated swimming pool, surrounded with a garden of 800 m2, BBQ area, free parking and WiFi. On request, it is possible to rent only half of the object for 6 persons with correction of the price.
