The place far exceeded our expectations. It was equipped with EVERYTHING we would have needed to not go anywhere the whole time. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking necessities, the kind beds in every room with vaulted ceilings made us feel like the boujee girls we want to be. The views were breathtaking and being able to have all of our meals outdoors with heat and covering made it so memorable. The house came with cars and outdoor games too to use on the nice open yard. It really felt like the place was ours. The icing on the cake was the chairs, wood and starters to make our own little beach fire right below the house and roast marshmallows while watching the sunset. Couldn’t recommend this stay enough! Definitely coming back!

Not only is this home luxurious and immaculate, it is a nourishing step back in time where everything is hand-made, lovingly curated, and generously shared. I can’t recommend this little cottage enough. And if you’re blessed enough to walk the gardens, well…delightful doesn’t even come close. I really recommend this stay for a family or anyone looking to slow down and savour a beautiful time.

Fantastic stay and delivered the solitude in nature that I was looking for. It was a great way to experience the San Juans. The view was stunning, the access to the beach was stellar, and one of the best ways to spend a few days relaxing. The loaner vehicle was perfect to get us from dock to house. Reminder, for anyone looking to book this airBNB, please be mindful of what you pack and bring as there is no store to quickly run to if you forgot something. Also, you need to pack out your recyclables & non-compostables. Overall, would stay again and have already recommended it to others as an Eco-friendly vacation destination.

Had a wonderful stay, our pups had a great time, just walked across the street and we were on the beach. The road in front is a dead end with more people walking on it than cars! Wonderful view out the bank of windows - even saw a Black Bear early one morning walk down the driveway. Place was well stocked and exactly what a rustic cottage should be.

An amazing weekend away in Gibsons! Our hosts Amanda and Dean are so lovely and we felt right at home. The view from the deck was spectacular, the suite well appointed and so cozy and comfortable. Loved the beach across the road, the peaceful quiet location and super easy access to the ferry. Highly recommend and already planning our next trip back!

So enchanting! ♡ The best type of airbnb experience possible! A beautiful home, comfortable, magical, well-stocked. It felt like we were personal guests of the owners, staying in a designed and well-loved home. There were so many special touches and so much thoughtfulness. The home has many cute areas to spend time in, and the patio was an instant way to feel connected to nature. We went for a graduation, now dreaming to return, just to stay there again! ♡♡♡

My husband and I enjoyed our week stay at Brentwood Bay Boathouse. We loved watching for wildlife in the mornings and evenings. The place was secluded from the rest of the marina which made it special. We ate at the Brentwood Bay Pub and The Arbutus Room. Both were lovely. Also had dinner at The Seahorse Cafe on the first night they reopened for dinner since Covid. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Adorable little cottage in a gorgeous spot on Lake Cowichan with plenty of watercrafts and games to keep you busy for days.. perfect little place for my husband and son and I to stay while enjoying the Lake Cowichan bluegrass festival. Highly recommend!

We felt very welcome into their vacation condo. The details made towards insuring our comfort, down to bottled water upon arrival and more was much appreciated. A bottle of white wine and Godiva chocolates were placed on the kitchen island along with the parking cards...a nice welcome to the condo. The unit was very clean and cozy. The convenience of walking to Father's Day brunch and later to dinner was perfect. Sherri and Dan sent a lengthy welcome message to us 48 hours prior to arrival, listing the restaurants, coffee houses and their proximity. The communication was great. What a beautiful location! From early sunrise quiet times with coffee to sunset dinners on the patio, everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Quiet, comfortable, thoughtfully- and well-appointed. I would, without hesitation, return for a future stay.

Sally and Dale have such a BEAUTIFUL property - it was the perfect location for a girls’ bachelorette weekend. They were also such kind and responsive hosts, quick to respond to anything we needed, we truly felt right at home.

We loved staying at Deanna’s. The resort was excellent and the kids had a blast. Lots of games in the unit, kitchen was well equipped for 2 adults and 3 kids under 12. Beach was great and when it rained, the heated indoor pool and games room was amazing!

Staying with Chelsea’s place was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and lots of activities to do. We are planning to go back next year. Highly recommended!

My sister, Mum and I spent two nights here for a little girls getaway. We enjoyed the beach walk, sitting out on the point with the firepit, and golfing at the little local 9-hole course Brigadoon. The suite had everything we needed and Christina was very attentive to our needs throughout our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Alida was a fantastic host! The home is beautiful, had everything we needed, and is in an amazing location! We spent our time biking around the island, enjoying our private beach, looking at eagles, river otters, seals and so many birds. It was a beautiful and peaceful location, easily one of the coolest Airbnbs we've stayed at in a long time! Alida had very thoughtful touches that made our stay even more special!

I had a wonderful stay in Victoria! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was great, and everything I needed was easily accessible. Ruzhdi is a Superhost for a reason—very welcoming, responsive, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Amazing place to stay overlooking Salish Sea. Spent hours looking for seals and whales in the sea. Inside is modern, clean and had everything we needed! Host was incredibly responsive and helped out with all our requests. Thanks Christine!

It was an absolute delight to stay at Rachel’s place. We loved watching ocean from the balcony; the little trails in the forest and Gabriola’s beauty. Rachel was a wonderful host and we would happily stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay. The cottage was exactly as described - gorgeous inside and out. We loved the decor and it felt so cozy and comfortable. The view from the deck was fantastic and we felt so close to nature. At times we could hear nothing but the many species of birds! We loved watching the harbour seals out front of the cottage and saw many bald eagles! We enjoyed the hottub and the fire table every evening as well as exploring the beach area. Lots of great beaches close by (ocean and freshwater). We hope to back SOON! Thank you for the incredible stay!

This is a lovely little cottage - a truly heavenly experience watching the sunsets each night and being quiet with nature. We loved making dinner on the BBQ and sitting on the couch outside, and the cottage was stocked with tons of amenities that made cooking really easy. The shower is a bit awkward but accessibility could be easily improved with a removable/handheld shower head - overall an amazing stay and we hope to come back!

Beautiful location with stunning views! Tiny but well designed with everything you need to be comfortable. Very private and the terrace is a great place to sit and look out over the water. We enjoyed the outdoor shower. Highly recommended.
