Lockoff basement with private entrance in a log home.Two sliding doors overlooking the Eagle River.My husband and I live in the upper part of the home. The price is set for 2 people if there is a 3rd or 4th person there is a $15.00 charge per person per day. It's set up for 4 guests Max. Gypsum is 4 miles from the Eagle Airport,24 miles east of Glenwood Springs and located between Vail and Aspen. This area offers skiing,flyfishing, rafting, hiking, biking, horse riding and many other activities.

$1.5 Million Modern Basalt Home Frying Pan River

Welcome to our Basalt Estate. We live on a secluded road in the seven castles community and you will be in complete Colorado wilderness and privacy. However our internet is fast :) One of our favorite amenities about our property is that we have a private hiking trail right in our backyard that is a 4 mile round trip hike to waterfalls. Aspen and Snowmass is about 30-45 min away. Downtown Basalt where you can find restaurants, gas and coffee shops is a 12 minute drive down the frying pan.

Adventurer's Paradise

Josh and I have a modern and clean down stairs lock off only 3 blocks from downtown. The space is all yours with a private entrance with parking. We are in the center of Colorado's mountain biking community with a 100 miles of single track. Also just down the interstate from Vail and Beaver Creek resorts. The views alone are worth the visit! Reminder: This is the mountains. The entrance is well lit and shoveled but plan on dirt and snow. It comes with the territory! Lic. #006688

Hear the river at the Frying Pan Studio

Basalt's location is convenient to both ends of the Roaring Fork Valley. It is ten-minute walk along the Frying Pan River to downtown Basalt. However, transportation is recommended. We accept pets at the studio, either one large or 2 small; there is a $50 pet fee. Please let us know if you wish to bring yours. We ask that the pet be kennel if left behind while you go out. Obey Town of Basalt's leash and patrol ordinances. Drop cloths provided if they are allowed on furniture.

Our two town bikes make it easy to grab fresh provisions at Skips Market, a farm store down the street . The RFTA bus stop is downtown for easy transit to Aspen, Highlands and Snowmass ski areas and the surrounding area.

The Villa Costalotta (we are being facetious) is a standalone building separated from our cabin by a paved alleyway. We live out in the country, just 3 miles from Eagle, with no near neighbors so mostly what you hear is the creek behind the building and the nearest neighbor’s rooster crowing. We have installed Starlink for internet service with over 100Mbps download speed.

Creekside Cabin at Four Mile Creek Guest Cabins

The Creekside cabin is a charming and cozy, log cabin with a full kitchen and bath. It has a queen size bed and a full size bed (all in the same sleeping area).
