Perfect location to walk to downtown amongst cute tree lined streets and sidewalks. Amri was professional, generous, and thoughtful….the perfect Airbnb host! We enjoyed lounging on her front porch as well as in the shady backyard with ample outdoor seating. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe and her home was so tidy and cute!! Thank you so much Amri!

We had a great time staying at Jami’s place. The views from the balcony are amazing, and the home is equipped with everything you need for a long or short stay. We would definitely stay again.

My bestie and my dog and I stayed here for 3 nights, so that we could explore local wineries and other attractions. We immediately felt at home and appreciated all the small details that were put into that lovely air B&B. The kitchen was so cute and came with dog bones for our furry friend. We both said we could imagine living there! It was also very walkable to the quaint downtown scene where there was plenty to see and do! The GJ townsfolk were friendly and inviting as well. We’d definitely stay here again! Two enthusiastic thumbs and paws up!

Leah's place is our favorite Airbnb to date. It was adorable, cozy and so comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights. Her place had everything we needed, then some. Comfy beds and bedding, comfy couch, thoughtful, lovely decor, it felt like home. We didn't have any pets or small kids but if we did the fenced yard is private and safe. It was close to a grocery store and mountain bike trails. It was nice to have a locked storage shed to put our bikes and gear in. Honestly, I can't say enough about this place.

Great stay! Cute, clean, comfortable house in a private area outside of town looking out over a peach tree field. Super quiet area and we got to watch a great sunset. Plenty of amenities, they even left us some eggs for breakfast! Would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable and clean stay. Exceeded my expectations. Lots of little hospitalities, like snacks and notes and extra towels. Pool was a nice perk. It was a little tricky getting in, and I didn’t necessarily realize in advance this was the basement of a house, but we never really noticed, as the setup was very private. Would definitely book again.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the farm. My boys loved the farm animals and Cindy’s sweet dog. Cindy and her husband were so kind and their place is beautiful.

Brad and Sarah are great host when we needed something they responded promptly and were always friendly I definitely recommend this place, it’s cozy loved the decoration and beds were really comfortable the whole home was very clean.. thank you Brad and Sarah for having us and when we go to Colorado I’ll definitely be looking forward to staying there again❤️👌

The Grant House was phenomenal. Every space in the house was usable, clean, and inviting. The outdoor space was not only BEAUTIFUL, but great for hosting a family get-together— we’ve already booked again for a birthday party in a few months. The space is roomy so even with many people, it does not feel cramped and we enjoyed using the kitchen for dinners. Nicole was friendly and always quick to respond with questions/concerns. She had made this stay feel luxurious with nice bedding (our fave part was the comfy bed and pillows— literally bought the same pillows after our stay), appliances are nice, and the furnishings are nice and cozy. Thanks again!!

We felt so at home at the Red Tail Roost Tiny Home! Dorothy was so proactive and reached out to answer any questions and left us snacks upon our arrival! The place was exactly as described and in the heat of the summer stayed really nice and cool. It was great to be out of the hustle and bustle of Grand Junction but was close enough to quickly run to for groceries. The bed was so very comfortable!! Will definitely be back if we pass through GJ again!!

Very quiet serene location with beautiful mature front and back yard. A very peaceful and relaxing area. The landscape and house were kept in prestine condition. The house was squeaky clean with a board for all the necessary instructions needed for the stay. The kitchen was well stocked. with all the things you would need to cook a meal. There was a lovely bowl of fresh seasonal cherries in the kitchen and fresh cut flower bouquets in the rooms for an added touch of thoughtfulness. Great host and great communication throughout our stay. Loved our time. This place won't disappoint and our dog loved the yard area!

Really enjoyed our stay at Tres Chivos in grand Junction, beautiful surroundings and the farm animals were a nice bonus. Enjoyed visiting with the owners as they were busy baling and stacking hay for their animals, very friendly people. Definitely recommend staying here, very nice area.

I needed a place to stay in GJ while I attended a seminar for K9 handlers at CMU's Forensic Research Station and dreaded staying at the local Motel 6 (stayed there last time in GJ, horrible); for not much more than a chain motel Glen's place is a spectacular bargain, and supremely dog friendly (huge dog run with a gorgeous view), comfortable etc. While Glen was out of town during my stay, the super-friendly next door neighbor was willing to help me with anything I needed. Will def stay here again!

An amazing place. We really enjoyed our stay. Well stocked, clean, great location. Just be aware that the upstairs bedroom isn't fully separated from the living room/kitchen area so sound travels and it's not possible to keep dark in daylight.

This place is PERFECT for visiting the Colorado National Monument, as well as to hike on the ranch. (When does one get the chance to have access to beautiful private property?) Also perfect for a family of four who wants the experience of being on a working horse ranch. Penny even lets you feed them treats! Our only regret was that we could only stay one night.

We’ve stayed here several times. The animals are great. Walter the caretaker is the best. Moo Moo the Emu and Banksy the Pig are the highlights along with Rocky Abbey and Coco the dogs. Patrick on the boat is friendly. We’ll be back again!!
