With the central location of this home, you and your loved ones will have it all within easy reach. It's a cozy loft with all amenities. From the window you can see Sagrado Corazón, San Telmo, a little bit of the sea... It's central but not in a bustling area. Next to La Zurriola beach, 5 minutes from La Concha beach. Everything is next door. If you come by car, you can message me to let me know where to park for free. If you arrive in Bus, please let me know as well and I will give you directions.
