All phenomenal. The house has everything we need. Full kitchen, great table, huge room, huge bathroom, with lots of closets, nice decor and offers a garage. It is close to La Senia which has all the amenities. And close to the Benifassà Tinença, ideal for excursions. Instead, it's in a village with no chances of doing something nearby. There is truck traffic that woke us up very early. Phenomenal hosts. We were offered a lot of flexibility in getting in and out and we are very grateful.

Very well located. Very comfortable, in a very quiet area, with everything you need for a good stay. The terrace is very spacious and comfortable. La Merche is an excellent host, she was attentive to our needs the whole time. Highly recommended. We'll be back.

1st Airbnb experience, and everything was perfect: very clean, well-appointed and equipped apartment. Ivàn and Lorena took care to provide absolutely everything necessary to enjoy the stay without complications (condiments, household products, etc.)… They could be contacted at any time for any practical questions or advice. The pool area was a very pleasant plus, and the opportunity to meet the locals all year round. Excellent and very reasonably priced restaurants… Friendly bars. The paseo is charming.
