Fantástico apartamento, recién reformado, soleado, en primera línea de mar. El alojamiento ofrece vistas espectaculares al Mediterráneo, y un estupendo punto de partida para visitar la ciudad, en un enclave auténtico y sin masificar. Se encuentra en "el Serrallo", el barrio de pescadores, que mantiene su tradición, y que cuenta con una maravillosa oferta gastronómica y agradables paseos junto al mar A tan sólo 10 minutos caminando del centro y de la playa. Aparca y olvídate del coche!

Spectacular views on the sea front, terraces, pool

"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.
