This is a centrally located studio on the third floor (without an elevator), spanning 30 square meters, situated just a minute away from the beach and next to the castle. The apartment overlooks Rio Street, so it does NOT have sea views from the private balcony. However, you can always enjoy the 'chill out' terrace located on the rooftop, which is accessible to the 6 double-room studios integrated within the building. Due to its size, only two adults can be accommodated.

A bright sleeping area features a spacious bed covered with a light blue blanket and adorned with two decorative pillows. Natural light fills the room, highlighting the minimalist decor, including subtle wall art and woven pendant lighting above.

Central, with view to the south beach

The point that makes the difference for this apartment is the fact that it enjoys the see brise during almost all day, which is very fine in summer. In autome, on the contrary, thanks to it's sun exposition, it is naturally warm. The beach in front of the building, the south beach, is ideal for children because it is not deep, has no rocks, nor dangerous currents. Safer than any swimming pool ever invented!!! 3rd floor with lift
