Vacation rentals with beach access in Fraser

This is a fabulous condo in an excellent location, just a few steps from the lifts. It was warm, cosy, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed! Highly recommended!

This was the second time the my teenage daughter, dad, and I stayed at Kris and Karen’s place for a multi-day ski trip. It works perfectly for our needs.

Book it. Just do it. My wife and I booked Michael’s property for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint! The view is more incredible than pictures can convey. Dillon has great amenities within minutes, not to mention the edge of the lake is a short walk away. Breckenridge and Vail are under half an hour’s drive, and whether you’re out sightseeing or just reading and watching tv with the most killer view you’ve ever seen, the vacation is going to be a good one.

Great location to ski areas

Enjoyed our stay; location can’t be beat! Mary was very responsive and made sure we were all set up for an easy checkin as comfortable stay.

The view is what makes this place special! We had a very nice time, sitting on the balcony, watching the boats and taking walks along the shore of Lake Dillon. Great location, close to Silverthorne, Frisco, Keystone.

Staying at Pamela's home in Evergreen was exactly what we needed. Up the mountain a bit, tons of wildlife and great views. Easy to get wherever we wanted to go (Red Rocks included), clean, and she was very responsive and helpful. I'll stay again.

Large awesome house with a lot of amenities surrounded by a rushing creek in a gorgeous mountain scenery. The hosts were very accommodating and always responded to questions promptly. The house was well stocked with supplies and appliances. Super large game room with lots of games and activities for kids.

Our stay at Solstice was an unforgettable mountain escape—equal parts luxurious and welcoming. The home was beautifully designed with every amenity we could think of, from plush beds and a fully stocked kitchen to cozy fireplaces and a private hot tub with breathtaking views. We especially enjoyed hiking the extensive trail systems right from the property, with epic views around every turn. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the hospitality from Tina and her team was top-notch—responsive, gracious, and truly heartfelt. If you’re looking for a peaceful, upscale Colorado retreat that feels like a true home away from home, this is it.

The home and its views are as beautiful as they seem from the pictures. Plenty of space for a large group, clean, and impeccably decorated and modern. We loved the lake house (paddleboards etc. aren't available for rent until Memorial Day weekend), and used it several times for paddleboarding, hot tubbing, and grilling. Would also like to return when the observatory is working again.

Great place to stay in winter park! Super close to everything, we didn’t need a vehicle the whole trip

It was very good the time we spent there, the location is otima, very close to the sky winter park station, the view from the window is beautiful. It was worth it.

The house was wonderful! Extremely clean and the kitchen was complete with various items for us to cook. All clean and smelly! The condominium's location was close to everything and the condominium had a swimming pool and gym area that perfectly served us. We had wonderful days in Winter Park. We will definitely return!

Our stay was great. Parking and check in were very easy and the proximity to the mountain was ideal. We would stay again!

We loved this place! Very close to the base of winter park so made it super easy to get to after a long day of skiing. The indoor parking garage was great and convenient. The place was clean, plenty of towels, had lots of games, and the kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and spices. We would definitely stay here again!
